"I wish for Null to never see the bodycam footage!"
View attachment 7431444

The ultimate twist being that Null gets enough back from the County to build his TERF-bunker in the Rocky Mountains or w/e.
Janny Josh buys Racket's second home and turns it into Kiwi Central. He tend builds a billboard on his property. Its a picture off PPP with the text
HES ON COKE
HES FILTHY
HES DISGUSTING

This is clearly visible from Nicky's house. It even has lights so you can view it at night.

More than likely it is Copenhagen. I think snuff is technically something else, but it is one of those terms that have changed over time to mean something else, similar to how a lot of people use dope to describe marijuana.

SigmaBalls:

Mountain dew and Snuff? What the fuck is snuff?
Snuff is nasal tobacco. You take a pinch & sniff it; gives a slight endorphin rush & nicotine buzz.

From what I've read in the statutes the destruction and preservation of government documents and materials in Minnesota, including local ones, is overseen by a panel of state-level officials and local officials don't have the authority on their own to just destroy whatever the want without the state's approval. That doesn't mean that corrupt local officials can't still just ignore all that and delete stuff anyway though.
Yep, IIRC they don't have personal liability for this kind of thing in Minnesota though it can be considered criminal if a government official is deleting records to cover up their own crime/crimes of other government officials. Different matter when being used to sweep for someone who isn't a government official. That's always just used as a pile-on charge anyways though. Basically no government official in the country faces actual, personal legal peril from improper destruction of records absent some other crime. So if Rackets' dad is personally doing something to compensate relevant officials behind the scene, it's a personal upside, public downside sort of deal. County might have to deal with a six figure settlement but that's the taxcucks' money.

It could also just be the case that they want to sweep to avoid outside media attention and a local official may be willing to tank a loss in a records lawsuit to go back to being a sleepy little rural county. But frankly, until rackets stops being an exhibitionist cuckold crack ghoul that's not going to happen. Unless they're just banking on him killing himself with NO2 within a few months which seems like a pretty good bet at the moment.

The really funny and weird part is that Balldo is completely unable to dispel this unless the bodycam footage goes public. There's just no way he can win this.

I’m struck by the little one saying to the police a few times, “my daddy said to not open the door.” Like she was trying to understand the incongruity of learning at school/in media the police are helpers and then being told by the person that’s supposed to protect you that they’re trying to hurt you. She probably thought she was going to get in trouble. Poor little sprout. Burn in Hell Nick.
Devil's advocate: how is a six year old supposed to tell a real police officer from some dirtbag in a police costume?

It’s funny Null said he sent women to take notes on the footage due to reduce the pedo accusation nonsense because I had assumed it was because women tend to be better note takers and are better at assessing social interactions and accurately judging/assessing domestic living spaces.
True reason is, Josh knows that Nick hates women, he wanted him to seeth once he knows that noter were women, Josh is 5head player,

I have a theory that what Nick said about what his daughter said about the Nanny might not be untrue, in the sense that the daughter might have said it since her small mind was trying to rationalise her father's degenerate behaviour and somehow blame the nanny. Nick of course immediately would proceed to blast the nanny in public to make himself feel better. All his other degeneracy is actually irrelevant, but the damage he has done to those kids ins unforgivable.
Children also tell tall tales when they’re hungry for the attention of a neglectful parent. They’re all old enough to learn that if they tell stories about certain people, daddy will pay attention to them for a little while.

Ok but if I have this right, these files are not ordered sealed/restricted and they are also not ordered to be stricken from the record.
So I'm searching for the legal mechanism that prevents anyone from accessing these records without stating some kind of discretionary reason that isn't stated here?
The Order states that the County and White agree that the recordings were not intended to be offered or received (=accepted, admitted) into evidence because they were unnecessary for the discussions during/outcome of the hearing. If you don't offer evidence it's not in the record. If it's not in the record it is not automatically public as "evidence."

The question appears to be whether White's having initially cited the recordings constitutes "presenting" the evidence for purposes of the statute that says evidence presented is public.

It me lol Nick should be very fucking ashamed of his disgusting house. Also shout-out to Celeste's meds being right next to a black container of coke on the bed stand cuck fridge
Thank you for your service, really superb job. Same to K (I’m assuming it was the same K who we saw speaking to Wil Herren?).

If they're willing to personally go to the courthouse to block the bodycam footage from being released then I doubt they're going to actually prosecute Nick and they also probably don't care about any procedure that'll keep the bodycam from being deleted

Can we get a TRO or something against the Sherrif to prevent him destroying the evidence?

This makes perfect sense. In fact daddy probably got excited and asked - what else did she do?

The kids saw them coming out of the squad cars - not to mention Nick probably freaking the fuck out about the cops giving legitimacy. This is why the police tend to visit elementary schools though.

That makes sense, but at this point they should have realized this scope is beyond just their county. According the Jersh they already went to the state to force the sheriff to follow the judges admin order. I guess we'll see if they bend the knee when Jersh throws a lawsuit at them.
They probably do but I wouldn't doubt the same politics are at play. The rest of the country doesn't matter compared to a local dynastic family where they'll feel the impact more. In fact, it may make them more defiant, especially with Rackets being in their ear about how horrific and twisted the reasons for the bodycam request are and how negatively it may reflect upon their county.

Like it or not, they may drag their feet until forced otherwise. I have a sense that right decision won't be made by any county officials and I don't think it's for any "hard corruption" reasons like money, but "soft corruption" like saving face for themselves and the dynastic family.

There may be another side to the coin whereby the conditions where so horrific they don't want backlash for what may be perceived as a sweetheart deal.

It's automatically untrue by virtue of the fact that Nick said it. Nick is such a lying liar who lies that, in the unlikely event that he ever tells the truth, reality retcons it into being not true, like some kind of reverse CHIM.

Kids see a police-looking uniform and don't automatically assume it's Jeremy DeWitte.

Nick knows that anyone who rightfully believes the written accounts already hate him. He just wants to stop the hard evidence getting out which might alienate his last few fans or even get Melton to turn on him
