The FFS was probably just to correct his septum and fix his manly hairline, which is why he looks pretty much the same. He won't get breast implants because that would be much more permanent (even if you take them out there will be scars and skin) than having McDonald's-induced moobs. It makes me wonder what Disney’s policy is for obvious pedos visiting their parks because buffalo grill certainly isn’t the first one. There’s some language in their guest policies that says they can kick people out of the park at any time for misbehavior at their discretion, but nothing specific about Nick Contino type behavior, i.e. pushing the envelope and provoking normies 'til you goose someone into getting kicked out of Disney World.
No matter what "Lilly" does with his corn dog he’ll still be a pervert looking for attention, and perhaps a more frustrated one for the trouble.
Anyway, are transgender flag patterned mouse ear hairbands with a giant white bow on top official Disney merch or did our boy need to buy that stuff off Etsy to wear to the park? I checked Disney's official website and did not find it. (Did find a generic pride mouse ears, though.)

That sort of language is intentionally vague so it can cover Nick Contino type behaviour.
I am not a US lawyer and have not researched the Disney terms & conditions or local law, but generally…
Disney is private property. When you buy a ticket to enter, a contract is formed. This s contract is of course subject to local law, but let’s assume that the local law doesn’t affect it meaningfully on this point. The terms & conditions of that contract should incorporate guest policies by reference. Now Nick has agreed to be bound by them.
Because the human mind is so creative, Disney does not want to limit the reasons for which it can kick you out. Misbehaviour is probably not defined for that reason, and the discretion bit reinforces that assumption for me. This means that the purchaser of the ticket has very limited recourse to complain if he is kicked out. He would only have grounds for complaint if he was definitely not doing anything unusual, offensive etc. The ticket terms and conditions also probably include an agreement to go to mediation first if such a situation arose.
Disney’s internal policies for its employees would be much clearer on when to call the cops versus when to kick someone out. Complaints from other guests would be one of the triggers. If the employee observes Nick being weird to others, they can intervene. If he’s just sitting at a table and it looks like he’s videoing himself playing with cake pops, they won’t because they don’t know what he’s talking about.
So let’s say Nick is loud and creeps out a family who raise it with an employee. Under the contract with Nick, the employee as Disney’s agent / employee can kick him out. Nick, in his dumb fucking head, probably thinks that it’s still 2013, and that society is clamoring to bow to the will of The Troon and shun any transphobe/transphobia- real or imagined. He probably doesn’t understand that troon fatigue is really prevalent nowadays (and increasing), and that their complaints are being waved away or laughed at. Troons overplayed a very weak hand, and society went from catering to their every whim to openly fucking hating them. Nick, in all likelihood, thinks that troons still possess a wealth of social capital, and that he’d be able to incite a mob against Disney. He’s out of touch, because in reality, he’d barely create a ripple.
Furthermore, Nick’s videos are circulating on normie social media these days, and reactions range from irritated amusement to full-blown disgust and hatred. If Nick went viral with some video complaining about Disney kicking him out because of twansfobia, all he’d accomplish would be getting more normies to be aware of who he is. Said normies would then see more of his videos/lore and would then be repulsed by him. Or, they’d just laugh at his dumb ass.
Nick is too stupid to realize that whatever he’d be hoping to accomplish via a public video of himself getting thrown out of Disney, would not only NOT come to pass, but that he’d surely achieve the opposite effect.

If it was just educational he'd have stopped after the first one, but it's always different versions of this same exact video with various different phallic foods. Always at Disneyland too. He just gets something out of loudly talking about this in public and recording it.
