I can’t think of a rumour or accusation so far that hasn’t been proven true or eventually admitted to by Nick.

I think this too is only a matter of time, and few at this point believe his denials. Admitting the footage description is “accurate” busts about 10 lies just like that.

I thought Null's point on stream today was that the footage is of relevance to April's case in terms of whether she was read her rights? It's not just Nick's case that is pertinent here.

He uploaded them to MNDES, which is not in itself offering them into evidence, at least per their guidance. I posted relevant guidance and a link yesterday. It is commonly done ahead of time for items that may or are intended to be offered into evidence but is not a formal request. The County's motion position, which the Order endorsed, is that those items were, during the hearing, excluded from White's formally proffered evidence and were not received into evidence.

If the judge was able to read the motion and view the exhibits once they were filed in MNDES I'd say that counts as being presented as evidence.
