Shitskin towelheads who commit human rights violations on an hourly basis, a place that Peggy Hill a self-admitted feminist would not last 2 days in. It would be like Archie Bunker moving to Somalia for cultural enrichment.
Peggy isn't a feminist, unless there was something in the late seasons I'm not remembering.

The joke that Dale, the man who has a conspiracy for everything, is so oblivious to the most blatant conspiracy that's right in front of him.
Also riffs on the small town affair where everyone knows about it and takes it to an absurd end (with Joseph.)

And trades guys going overseas (Russia, Saudia Arabia, etc.) is pretty common, even for guys cut from the cloth of Hank. Money seems to be a motivating factor and those jobs tend to pay well.

Judge's best work is when he's looking at the absurdities in modern life. I still think one of the best gags from the new Beavis and Butthead was the bit on privilege.

The stereotype hank hill filled is basically dead at this point. The staunch socially conservative reaganite bush supporter who believed in the american dream and the Texan spirit. As a Texan he's very very relatable and likeable because he's almost an idealized version of my dad who's a lot like this.

It's going to be almost weird for the show to continue with the same dichotomy of old man hank finding a newfangled thing he doesn't like and then bitching about it. I kinda want that to be bobbies job now. Bobby grew up in the 90's and the early 2000's my boy survived y2k and had his toilet paper stash rained on. He should be the one losing his place in changing times and his dad sort of helping him deal with that, almost like a reverse to their relationship from the old show.
the show is probably going to be set in a perpeptual vague obama era with bush era sensibilities in the same way the original show was set in a perpeptual vague clinton era with bush era sensibilities. it's, uh, it's probably not going to be as radically different as people want it to be with, i have a very strong feeling that bobby being in his 20s means he's going to be the millenial and the show is not going to be set in the contemporary world.

it's going to be boomer bait, it's on a disney streaming service.

It isn't far-fetched for a Texan to work in the Arab Gulf countries, from my perspective as a Texan. I've known plenty of skilled men in the oil field who have went over there for work and made bank with American oil companies.

Natural gas is also in Saudi Arabia so Hank could theoretically be needed there for propane and propane accessories.

Why would Hank move to Saudi Arabia for 20 years to build a retirement nest egg when the entire hydrocarbon industry was doing gangbusters in all of America, and especially Texas, in the same period? Did Mr. Strickland finally ruin Strickland Propane with his shenanigans? Was there no one else in the propane and propane accessories business who needed an ace assistant manager and salesman?

You didn't see the Renaissance Fair episode? The sandniggers would have beheaded her in like five seconds.
That doesn't make her a feminist, those women were actually being treated unfairly. However I do agree she is boisterous and wouldn't fair well around muzzies.

They are going to ruin it. Like they always do. They will cuck all the White male characters. They will make Hank into a “as long as they come legally” conservacuck. No fucking thanks kikes.
I think you're on the wrong site. Your post sounds like something a 16 year old /pol/fag would say. Just buzzword filled doomer nonsense.

This has a higher chance to be good than bad considering Mike Judge is fully involved, he's a great writer and based on the most recent shows i've seen him write for, Silicon Valley and Beavis/Butthead reboot, he still has the magic. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Mike judge is 100% the only.guy that could do this well and faithfully and without him being in charge it would be pointless. However he is getting old and there is a good chance the show will be out of touch at points.

I have little hope for the "political and social commentary" sections. I just want Bobby to be done well and I want him to feel older and like he's actually progressing in life, and given that he's going to have a Japanese restaurant it makes me wonder if his grandpa cotton will have been his inspiration in any way. Technically he has a Japanese uncle.

I want Bobby and Hanks relationship to be done really well, it's probably because I watched the show with my dad growing up.

I care less about the rest of it but I would be extremely happy if it was a good show.

I'm still a little optimistic, but still not getting my hopes up. It's nice to finally have a release date and opening, regardless.
