You do realize that by making this post you're doing the very thing you're complaining about right? Be the change you want to see.
Stop being a faggot and shitting up the thread because you posted without knowing what you were talking about. Take it to DMs if you're pissed because to be honest I'm sick of reading your posts.

You too.
Hola angerinos

For discussion of the scientific side of cocaine metabolites and their intersection with implied scenarios of how the heckaroo they got in a kids’ hair, I made this handy post

I guess being fucked up 24/7 has trashed the irony processing part of his brain.

it gives me such joy to know that he reads every post calling him a dumb gay baby and he sits their scowling when his face isnt slumped and drooling from nitrous and muttering to himself "not a baby, hrmpgh" and "youre the baby jersh" probably with his lil bonnet on sipping his wee lil nitrous cannister

The point isn't about being wrong, the point is that it's a lot of gay whining from people who live in these threads and are upset that every single Farmer isn't up to date with every single detail about Balldo as if he's some obscure cow with a low traffic thread that gets a couple of posts a week. And in all that whining no one bothered to link to whatever posts that have these details that they think are so important that everyone needed to know about them.

I don't care about being wrong about Balldo lore because I don't derive my self worth from how many lolcow factoids I can memorize. I'm fine with being corrected. And I'm very happy to share what I remember or know to others in the threads who are asking questions or mistaken about something without throwing a pissy tantrum that someone was wrong about Rekieta lore. It's very easy to not be MATI and simply provide correct information in those cases. I did a few times already in the last page or two.
That's a lot of words to avoid a couple of simple concepts:
1. This site and thread are easily searchable.
2. Post less, read more.
...anything else and you're just shitting up the thread. This applies to everyone.

It's kind of annoying because given the notes we've seen, none of this shows the police doing anything wrong at all. If anything, it makes them look good.

They acted with concern for the children, even put up with a barking dog without shooting it, in general, they just acted professionally while dealing with total assholes. Why the fuck is the county obsessed with concealing shit that actually apparently would make them look good and dispel all of the lies of this coke-addled faggot Nick Rekieta?
The police are absolute Chads. It seems the issue is literally everyone above them; i.e. elected officials, bureaucrats, that shit. As for why they care? Corruption, vanity, a sense of shame that something like this happened in their town... the reasons could be many. It could be something we have no idea about frankly because we don't live there. They might also just not like "internet people", and think we'll fuck off with enough red tape. It's a small town with good old boy rules.

Honestly I think Josh's speculation on stream that the Prosecutor made some under the table deal with Nick to keep the bodycam footage hidden in exchange for his plea is the most likely. It's the only plausible hypothesis I've heard so far that actually explains everything nicely.

The other real possibility is that in this small town atmosphere where everyone knows each other Nick has someone in his corner, be it a relative or a friend, that has substantial weight to throw around and is using it to balldo guard him on this. However if such a person exists I feel like we would be at least somewhat aware of them and as far as I know we are not.

I hope Nick and Kayla enjoy the lake of fire they've damned themselves to for eternity. Nick couldn't even learn. He couldn't change his ways. I've known people who were like him, addicts with hoarding houses and kids and it was awful. There's a point in the road where you either wake up or damn yourself forever and the people I've known woke up and changed. Nick hasn't. I hope his children find someone reliable to guide them in life.

I actually feel bad for Florida in one respect: One of the reasons they get called retarded so often ("Florida man" jokes) is they have excellent public records laws. It's really not that they are more retarded than any other state. It's just easier to see their retardation.

Okay. Did you watch Sean's evening show the other day (the one he did 90 minutes after Karen Read)? If not, I recommend you do so. He goes over why he thinks the Prosecutor and White (and I guess technically the judge now, after today) are wrong and why the two bodycams were properly presented/introduced/whatever into evidence and the court record (he uses both terms), so as to qualify them as public record.

It's in the second segment, at about the 31 minute mark.

Thanks, and on your recommendation I just watched/listened to it closely. Sure, he does assert that those things were entered into the record [by admin staff, bc the Court didn't state that, which he acknowledges and also acknowledges the "I'll remove it" discussion], and he says that you shouldn't/ he would argue that you shouldn't be able to do that (remove anything on the record from the record). But I didn't hear a discussion of admin error or when/ how the items were made a part of the publicly available record. His premise appears to be that referencing them in the motion = on the record. But that's the crux of the issue. So it is a personal opinion, not a legal one.

If, during the hearing, the admin removed the items from MNDES at the Court's direction and confirmed then and there that they were removed, we'd be on the upside-down and arguing to have them added to the record.

I am prodding for some legal authority, under MN law, that either an error by the administrative staff of the Court marking something as received when it has not been is not correctable in this context, or that referencing the items in a motion constitutes presenting it for purposes of the public access statute. I don't have a conclusive answer, and I haven't seen one, either.

I would like to see the footage released, even if mainly for kicks. And I'd love to see, if it must go to another lawsuit or review, a pronouncement that public interest obviates this whole discussion over administrative errors and the meaning (via interpretation or legislative intent) of the words of the statute. But at the moment, it's more interesting to me to consider the merits and actual legal basis for every position than to ignore facts in order to be sore about it. And absent an actual basis confirming this is improper, we are back to whether admin errors count for permanent lefal designations, and/ or whether mentioning items in a motion or what occurred constitutes "presenting" evidence for purposes of the public access law. If it does, great; interest satisfied. But I haven't seen it yet.

Generally. When I file a document and the exhibits with it, it's now part of the record even if I withdraw it later or the judge calls me a retard at a later hearing.
Would you, in your expert opinion, say that this unprecedented and bizarre action by the court in Nick's case has the potential to be studied as a legal oddity, attracting the attention of people who otherwise would never have cared about it?

If so that would make it a textbook example of the Streisand effect, and that's pretty funny.

Nick didn't clean it up. His parents did. There is no fucky wucky too big or small for them to sweep up when it comes to their little retard.
My understanding is that Nick's parents cleaned the house for him after the arrest.
Bad parents spoil their kids. Good parents spoil their grandkids.

Nick can no longer do either. He's traumatized his kids with his degeneracy and they'll always keep their kids away from him. When Nicks grandkids as their parents why they never visit their grandparents like their friends do, they'll somberly explain why they should never do drugs and alcohol.
