It is my belief Sean is offering a legal opinion, and not some philosophical one. He said "I don't think you can," instead of something like "I wish you wouldn't be able to."So it is a personal opinion, not a legal one.
I am allergic to cats. I am a dog man.Nick posted cat pics earlier today because he thinks it'll stop us from wanting the bodycam footage
Fun fact, Sunshine laws are the reason we have Florida Man. Florida's Sunshine laws are so open, nearly anything and everything is readily available for the public to access. If you're a journalist looking to fill in some sort of article quota, just fire up arrest and case reports in Florida. Endless bounty of stuff to write about.Sunshine laws aren't really a direct crime deterrent, but they are a way of the public having the presumptive right to know exactly what the fuck the government they're paying tax dollars for is ACTUALLY DOING with them.
Because I couldn't have grown up in any other environment than the Providence Yacht Club.ok mr white collar college educated lawyer please enlighten the masses on what chewing tobacco is for faggots from your gaming studio
And absent an actual basis confirming this is improper, we are back to whether admin errors count for permanent lefal designations,
That's interesting; where I grew up, REAL MEN are the ones that did chewing tobacco. It was the wimps that did snuff or dip.Anything longcut, and especially anything in pouches would get you mocked where I was a kid.
I would hate to think Celeste would be complicit in such illegal activity such as giving prescription drugs to anybody they aren't specifically prescribed to. Judging by her failson she must be a paragon of law abiding virtue."Missing" prescription or "her precious little baby needs extra meds but the mean old doctor won't prescribe, so she'll just get some for him under her name" prescription?

Sorry, Lord Balldo is at least a 3-stage boss fight. With a lot of unskippable dialogue.

Their main function is to collect any additional evidence or testimony to use against the criminal, with transparency being a good benefit because they have the whole encounter recorded that they can show the public should people raise a stink. But the biggest problem here is Minnesota, who goes out of their way to protect criminals and only adopted bodycams out of national pressure to do so.oh yeah werent bodycams specifically supposed to be to show how cops are interacting with the criminals and with the community in a transparent manner? there was a big stink about that but now apparently the court can just tell you you actually dont have that transparency so the cameras are nearly useless ig and just safety theatre. i actually completely forgot the reason they were introduced from how opaque the process to get access seems to be.
It really is that retarded but drugs like cocaine actually do stimulate parts of the brain that give reward mechanisms, essentially training the brain to want more and more of that shit.Is there some other enticing effect I'm not aware of or is it really that fucking retarded?
Nick claims that police intervention in his affairs was due to nothing related to drugs, but due to complaints for unspecified "other things."Rekieta is live right now with the literal who chocolate syrup woman. Less than 200 live viewers. He’s talking about his experiences doing drugs.

I am in no way an expert, and I am not licensed in MN, but yes this is going to be a very interesting legal issueWould you, in your expert opinion, say that this unprecedented and bizarre action by the court in Nick's case has the potential to be studied as a legal oddity, attracting the attention of people who otherwise would never have cared about it?
If so that would make it a textbook example of the Streisand effect, and that's pretty funny.
I mean the same could be said about weed but at least it's not as expensive, on the path to full legalization, lasts longer, and has some legitimate medical applications. It just makes you feel REALLY GOOD.
Until it makes you feel REALLY WORSE.
I view it like you do, from a logical position. It makes no sense. But I will tell you that I tried it one time, very good quality cocaine from a famous person, and the feeling that swept over me... well I can tell you, I knew in that moment of euphoria, that I had met my devil. It was an indescribably good sensation, and it was terrifying. I never touched it again. That was the one and only line of cocaine I ever did, twenty five years ago.Given the expense and criminal risk associated with it, how fast it wears off really calls into question the appeal. I find it hard to understand why it is worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars and the violation of serious laws for a brief moment of being twitchy/hyper. Not to mention the crash out that follows.
Is there some other enticing effect I'm not aware of or is it really that fucking retarded?
I've pointed this out multiple times myself in semi-defense of Florida Men (including Josh).Fun fact, Sunshine laws are the reason we have Florida Man.
I think that small town corruption like this is a more specialized thing and might not be in her wheelhouse. Doesn't she generally comment on national news and politics? I wonder if there are any reporters known for looking into this kind of stuff who would find this case interesting. Like the kind of people who do longform substacks or podcasts over these things. So, we should really get this corruption of this small little county in the mainstream. Can we all tag and reach out to Ana Kasparian from the Young Turks? I recall this being her guilty pleasure. You can't just subvert the publics right to information for a child-abusing drug addict at the crack of dawn, tell the people coming to see it to go home, and it all stay hush hush. Daddies money can only go so far, Rekieta.
