Matthew Hardin is the kind of lawyer that Nick Rekieta wishes he could have been.
Hardin is a man of sincere conviction and will. He fights for his clients like he were the one aggrieved. His motions in the Greer case display this beautifully.

Nick is a trust fund dropout loser. He will never truly dedicate himself to anything except the pursuit of excess. Why bother with things like morals, integrity and conviction when such ideals get in the way of pleasure? Everything is a form of amusement to him, to avoid the existential truth that he is a hedonistic shell.

I'd actually respect Nick a lot more if he showed an iota of real interest in the law. He'd pick up real cases to talk about instead of the meme case of the day, because that's what pays.

I believe he used to have a dicord where people would drop interesting cases for him to go over

In the before fore, he coulda hired a part time paralegal to shift through shit do some research and have him go over it.

But then how would he get the wine mom lewds

He got stupid money in stupid time from Depp and went spastic. It’s just shocking that it carries on to this day, shows how fucked his brain is and how much he secretly hates his life.
Yeah, I can definitely concede that the downfall began with the Depp trial. You're right. Still, I think he was a functional, stable person before that. He might have had personality traits that led to all this, but I don't think there was secret hoarding and neglect until he reached the movie star lifestyle of coke and hedonism and driving drunk in red sports cars. I really think that his family life was actually healthy before this saga.

Nobody will save nick, anyone who says ANYTHING negative instantly becomes a enemy & he lashes out, this isn't a man its a man child.
He may be a grown making his own choices but everything he does is because he's a spoilt brat who's never been told no.

That's why people will distance themselves from him, that's why his wife is distant
From everything we have been told via the police report's, news agencies & our own lying eyes, nobody likes him, even his new friend group mock him and he's too stupid to see it because they're using his ego.

Nick can't even understand or question why people he used to stream with or be friends no longer speak like he's a friend they only are attacking, he probably believes they want fame off what little he built for himself .

In any case, I am more convinced that ever that something is rotten in Kandiyohi County, and this needs to be thoroughly investigated and revealed.
when there was an account of the mood change for viewing the bodycam footage, from helpful to cold, it tells me there was a directive from the top on down to the administrators.

i am think it could be the "zoospiricy". or it could be campaign contributions from bob and celest. does kandiyohi county have open records for campaign contributions? i can't find it online. it looks like you need to file a request from the county to get this information.

It really doesn't matter which tradition you adhere to, whether it be 12 steps, some kind of residential rehab programme or one of the recovery programmes that have a secular underpinning like Rational Recovery or Smart Recovery -- they all see recovery as a process, not a singular event that you go through, tick the box and you're cured. And of course, the reason why they stress this is because people who don't view it as a life long process invariably end up like Rekieta. "I'm cured now. I'm no longer banging the coke/drinking like a fish. I can start huffing Galaxy Gas and ranting on line at strangers until 4.00 am every morning."

I've always been very sceptical about the 12 step fellowships. It's always seemed to me that a doctrine based on religion that doesn't change at all and completely ignores the dramatic transformations in what we know about addiction that have occurred in the last fifty years probably isn't fit for purpose. But I'm dead serious when I say that the best thing Rekieta could do for himself and his family at the moment is get himself down to a 12 step meeting -- AA or NA, it doesn't matter which. Get himself a sponsor and start taking the process of recovery seriously.
I mean it is actually entirely fully possible to just stop addiction shit after repeated failure and just naturally arrive to the conclusion that its destroying you and your relationships with the people that you love and care about. Some people need the kind of structure/support network that AA and other programs provide and other people just outgrow it very suddenly one day. There are also psychiatric medications that can help a lot with shit.

Is that route advisable? I don't know. I don't think its advisable for someone who is not only married but has dependents (children).

I don't really like AA programs because they come across as a sort of cult due to the religious shit and not only that literally the first step of AA is this (this is quoted directly from their website):
"We admitted we were powerless over alcohol — that our lives had become unmanageable."
Alcohol is of course addictive but just the idea that you're telling people to own the fact they are powerless is ridiculous. You can literally write your own goals and aspirations down without the direction of anyone else and start holding yourself accountable.
There's also other schools of thought that totally abstaining may not be the best immediate course of action, you can phase things out and try different strategies - there's billions of people on the planet and acting like some set of 12 steps written 100 years ago is gospel is like running around the world beheading people based on religious scripture that was written 2000 years ago.

The fucking Dept of admin called the Sheriff to read them statutes and they still rebuffed? The sherriff got on the phone with DOA and assured admin they would comply/reach out to Hardin? And instead they turned to the DA to sweep?

I'm now more intested in the case for the bodycam footage than the footage themselves.

but also stilled interested in the bodycam footage
Still maintaining my position that this is mostly down to the Sheriff being an obstinate jackass not wanting to do something he's been told to do.

The problem is that Nick is actively making it harder for himself with each passing day by doing petty things. Step 1 would be impossible for him to accept, but could you imagine what Step 9 is going to be for him? The first people he should make amends with are his children.

The Pretty Menopausal Podcast dykes Jackie and Haley had some fag (probably Moody) whip up a "script of code" that track's Aaron's recent KF activity "every 5 minutes."
They've built up a timeline of Aaron's activity on this site since the 22nd of May.
@ItsAaronIgnoreMe you may want to switch up your privacy settings there, buddy.
This chart is bullshit. They probably made it all up.
The purple bar is 12 pixels wide and the grid is an hour. An hour has 12 of 5 minutes.
It only records on a pixel level in factors of 6.
1748689012756.webp
ie 6, 12, 18...
1 minute, or simply launching his browser with the tabs open where he then swaps to a new window to look up cuck porn counts as 5 minutes.
Complete and utter nonsense.

So I'm supposed to believe in the span of an hour, he was doing nothing but opening and closing browser tabs?

The entirety of Diddleverse (Aaron included) should be deported to an island and have various chemical weapons tested on them.

Personally I think this is why the daughter's hair tested positive for cocaine. To me it seems more logical that she was at one point laying in bed cuddling her mom with her head inadvertently on the coke pillow than it does that she actually took cocaine.
You're wrong. She was tested for >5000pg/mg, that's not a result anyone would get from any kind of environmental contamination.
As loathe as I am to hand Balldo a technical W, I'm inclined to agree. It's entirely possible that he was correct that the positive test wasn't from ingestion, but the reason he can't be honest about how she got exposed is that he would have to admit that the bedroom was a filthy drug den with cocaine everywhere and that's how the child was exposed. Much easier to blame it on the cops and invent a story that the same county balldowashing for him was part of an evil conspiracy to frame him as a drug fiend.

How many tests were actually performed on her, though? I know about the one test that couldn't have been from that, wasn't there another one that he was going apeshit about or am I misremembering?
Some trace amounts of cocaine deposited onto pillows and furniture won't yield a positive test result of >5000pg/mg (more than ten times the cut-off) and it won't metabolise into benzoylecgonine.
Stop coping on his behalf. She ingested the drug.
Based on the results from the pillowcase, that poor kid was getting a dose every time she slept in there. If they were doing lines off the top of that fridge, I can guarantee you there was a microscopic little snowdrift at the base of that fridge, right where she played. Anyone who spent significant amount of time in that room would have tested hot afterwards. And in a little girl who wasn't taught personal hygiene and probably weighed about 50 lbs., that's enough for her to accidentally ingest enough cocaine to test hot as a weekend user.
>5000pg/mg

There is a good chance its either A)Josh loses but the county has to pay Josh anyway and the only winner is the Rage Pig getting 5K or B)Josh wins, gets a far payday and gets to watch the body cam footage (you could have given for free) from his taxpayer funded Pensacola Penthouse. We had to ballwash for a guy who abused his kids. No refunds, Remember to vote next election. Rackets might win. Ralph might win. Josh might win. How does the County win because I just don't see it.
Government departments don't work that way. Politicians in leadership positions make token noises about budgets, but the rank & file don't give one shit how much something costs, because they know from experience money will always magically appear no matter what they do. It's only in extreme circumstances (i.e. a federal shutdown because of congressional retardation) where people get furloughed, but interestingly the actual mechanisms of government carry on anyway, from a magic cash spigot that never seems to turn off.

Officials involved in the judiciary give absolutely zero fucks about how much something costs. No matter how stupid their antics, no matter the fact that a given course of action will expose the city/county/state/whatever to absurd liabilities requiring big payouts to [whoever], it's not coming out of their own pockets, so "who gives a shit?" They're free to do whatever stupid shit they want (or get bribed/pressured to do) and they never get punished.

Just imagine if municipal, county, state and even federal courts were held financially responsible for costs and fees every time they get overturned in a case (i.e. punishment for getting it wrong, in the view of a higher court). Imagine some stupid local fight making it all the way to the Supreme Court, with each court reversing the lower one all the way up, only for SCOTUS to reverse again, and so every fucking court that wasted SCOTUS' time fucking things up (i.e. all the courts that ruled opposite SCOTUS' final ruling) had to all costs to the prevailing side. Reasonable? Maybe not. But I bet it'd stop a lot of judicial fuckery.

the other question I have is what was he injecting to cause the track marks? Most of the drugs we know he was abusing are usually abused by smoking/snorting/pill popping.

He could've been mixing his coke into speedballs and injecting them.

by nick's own admission, he never injected anything because it's too much effort and involves measuring which he admits he's not good at that

36:50

"I wouldn't do injectables or anything like that's that's just too much all all that shit's too much work for me right like that's why I liked um that's why I liked Coke because it's like okay you just get a little bit out and then you just snort it and then you're done then you go right like all this all this other [ __ ] it's like you got to cook it and you got to measure stuff and I'm like oh my god how do I do this in the bathroom i can't do this in the bathroom"

nick has 100% shot cocaine, most likely also into his non functioning penis because that would be FUNNY and WEIRD

I maintain that Sheriff Tollefson is in Bob and Celeste's swinger group and that's why he's sweeping up for their junkie son. Nick was upset his parents didn't talk to him about sex because they've been drug and sex degens their whole lives. He felt like he was missing out.
