After maybe 100,000 police interaction videos posted online, after spending time in prison or just even associating with known former inmates, after being arrested previously multiple times. The nigger will always claim lack of Miranda warning is some magical get out of jail free card, some kind of loophole field officers who have spent decades on the job forgot that day and all the evidence in the world becomes pointless. I will never understand this.
Even a tard like myself knows Miranda warning comes prior to any statement that may be self-incriminating. Miranda does not need to even be spoken if the evidence is just that obvious. Identifying yourself after meeting the criteria for a terry stop does not apply. In any "stop and ID state" telling someone to provide ID or definitive identifying information ie Legal name ID/DL # Social is not protected, nor in any situation creating suspicion of crime.
Statements prior to Miranda only applies as evidence in court to justify further investigation. An arresting officer can just grab a nigger selling dope and in the heat of the moment after a chase/tackle with no Miranda warning say something like "well looky there, that is a lot of crack rock in your pockets, individual bagged just like you had intent to distribute. The DA might even say the video provides evidence against the first nigger, without doubt needs to be shown in court if they decide to fight the case with full audio showing the officer retrieving drugs from suspects pockets in the state they would be for individual sale, little baggies etc. So now Miranda never came into play for verbal admission but the video of the Nigger snitching potentially played in open court is going to motivate the fuck out of him to plea bargain or flat out cooperate and name names later that day/week after a loud and clear Miranda warning has been read.
