Summing up:
1. She was the only child that returned positive. The other 4 tested negative at cut-off.

I don't believe modafinil is that big of a deal but adderall is something that when you're prescribed many doctors will issue random piss tests and if you hit positive for weed or anything else will permban your prescription. They really don't fuck around with it. Maybe because he's older and it isn't for ADHD they're not so bothered about it (besides him having an extremely low dose).

But I would guess he hasn't had the conversation with his doctor just yet that went something along the lines of "so yeah, last week I got busted with 45 kilos of cocaine" because almost any doctor would immediately stop prescribing adderall. He got the call from the courthouse giving him the heads up that the release of the body cam footage was imminent unless he came down there ASAP to sign a clarification that would help get their motion through to have it retroactively removed from evidence.
