This is not a secret. There was one stream where she was a guest and got really drunk and Nick was just openly perving on her. At the time she wasn't really hostile to it, although the audience was seriously creeped out, one of Nick's early mask-off moments, and she asked him to take it down, which to his credit he did.

This made me think about how different the two are actually tbh. For all of Ralph's faults, part of me believes that he does feel bad and wishes he hadn't hurt the people he has. He just doesn't know any other way to cope so he doubles down infinitely. I get that sense as recently as Null's call on MATI a few weeks ago.
