Nick claims on twitter he never made videos about body cams that he released. But...didn't he literally release the depositions of Ron Toye, Monica Rial, and Vic Mignogna, which was provided to him unofficially by Ty Beard, his family lawyer that he coerced Vic into hiring without disclosing the fact that Ty was a family friend? The court ordered both parties not to release the depositions to the public. However, Ty beard, the family friend, sent it to Nick anways, which he debuted on his Youtube channel, which resulted in demonstrable, significant profit.
This is naturally part of the disastrous Vic Mignogna lawsuit that Nick helped start, that was lost by the incompetent Ty Beard. And where is Ty Beard now? When Nick first started the GoFundMe for Vic, he lied and pretended he had no idea who Ty was when reviewing the website of the lawyer that Vic chose. It later came out, unnoticed by many, that his performance to not knowing Ty Beard was a lie. Ty Beard did legal for the business operations of Nick's very, very wealthy grandfather. All that to say, he not only would release private court evidence without hesitation, but he has been lying for years from the very start. It just all hit a point with his new more abhorrent, and obvious troubles.
Surprised people don't talk about how he convinced Vic to hire Ty Beard more without disclosing it was a family friend with no experience in litigation, and who then tanked the case in comic fashion because he couldn't properly notarise a basic affidavit. The Rekeita parents, grandparents, and associates are a ton of sketchy, sleazy con artists.
