I find it strange how quick they are to jump into legal action against someone they shouldn't really perceive as anything but a clueless, ignorant foreigner who seemingly had no idea how animal rescue and legal fundraising work in Kuwait.
Makes me wonder if Chantal had been on their radar for a while—maybe someone tipped them off when she first started asking for money to feed the strays.

I'll clarify further, because I want to make it clear I do understand - Islamic law, which Chantal should be familiar with, seems to be pretty clear about the dignity of animals, and there are organisations in the Middle East that seem to be decently funded (mostly from Saudi Arabia) have tried to help out and promote animal welfare, like with these people that Chantal has managed to apparently start threatening. That's the credit I'm assigning. The reality of course, is most Muslims who actually live in these countries don't really care that much about their welfare. I imagine when you live in a sandy desert and you follow a book of strict yet apparently entirely interpretive rules about how not to piss of God, you start to prioritise. It's again, reality exposing this hopeless 'revert' arc for the pointless performance it is.

They definitely rehome the animals. Interestingly, they are all based in the United States. I am sure shipping a few cats/dogs across the globe and selling them for a premium is a decent money maker, but I would not be surprised if they're using the business/charity for immigration purposes and other tax scams in burgerland. PAWS(San Transicko, CA), 4PAWS(VA), KLK(Maryland), and BRIDGES(VA) (the 4 largest of the "animal rescues") are all based in the United States and owned and operated by people (dune coons) living in the United States. I do not care enough to do a deep dive, but I am 100% positive they do not operate on their love of animals alone.

However, they definitely do rescue and ship animals west. 4PAWS and Bridges both go to the markets every week to gather up monkeys/reptiles/dogs/anything they can get out of the heat and torture of existing in that shithole. They also tend to be pretty transparent about their financials because Kuwait would butt-fuck them if not.

4PAWS (different to PAWS) looks like they get a quarter of a million every year in donations, I imagine the other big places get about the same;
