It’s a little like abortion imo, liberals are dooming that everything they want isn’t being forced on the whole country anymore, even though avoiding a total ban should be a great victory for them. Personally I’d love if the border were shut and TND were enacted but if that’s your only win condition you’ll be perpetually disappointed.
