This guy is an interesting one. He was already going through heavy issues before the surgery and I wonder what his genetics look like and the mutations he would have (IL1 inhibitor etc). Things like UC often come alongside other issues that display themselves in other family members. Also the gut is linked somewhat to mental health so I wonder if he suffers any neuropathic inflammation in his brain from all the shit going on in there. The after surgery madness is fascinating too. I wonder if hes almost got traumatic issues. What do you do with a person like this? Hes certainly a doozy and full of misdirected rage. Im torn between feeling for him because I can see why hes acting like he does, but also thinking hes absolutely terrifying and if he got his hands on a weapon he would take the opportunity which is concerning. He really does need somebody to talk to, hash it all out with them. The anger makes me think hes got something neurologically going on that isnt being treated but I guess we will just have to wait and see.
