I think some of those photos are legit. I think he just cropped and cherry picked which ones to show to minimize damage.

True crime tards know that post-event crime scenes photos are completely sterile and innocuous compared to the chaos unfolding in bodycam videos, and that sort of dread hanging in the air.
Unless there are actual dead bodies or a bloody scene in the photos, and even then it's a lot more harrowing to witness the confrontation go down in video form.
