Agreed. These aren't people born to the land acting out, or being unfortunately retarded. There's no obligation to be even handed to them on the basis of "They didn't have a choice about being here" or any other such fate. They deliberately came, and then they proceeded to kill locals who had no choice in the matter. Shoot them, cremate the body, dump the ashes someplace nobody cares, and let any violation of religious belief or principles from it stand as a warning that if you cannot respect the nation you are a guest in, it will not respect you.

Jews do not believe in the Torah (the Old Testament) because it doesn't depict them flatteringly and it constrains their behavior. They like the Talmud better, because it lets them give free reign to their sinful impulses and depicts them as God's Super Special Chosen Group permitted to abuse the goyim freely.

A street cop doesn't have the authority to determine that.

As a side example, after a cop dumps his whole mag into "a suspect" (man who was actively trying to murder him) the cop still has to handcuff his corpse, because he's not a medical professional and can't determine whether the "suspect" is dead or not.

Supreme Court won’t hear challenge to Maryland assault weapons ban​

The majority did not explain its reasoning in turning down the case over weapons like the AR-15, as is typical. But three conservative justices on the nine-member court publicly noted their disagreement, and a fourth said he is skeptical that such bans are constitutional.

Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch said they would have taken the case, and Justice Clarence Thomas wrote separately to say the law likely runs afoul of the Second Amendment.

“I would not wait to decide whether the government can ban the most popular rifle in America,” Thomas wrote. “That question is of critical importance to tens of millions of law-abiding AR–15 owners throughout the country.”

Justice Brett Kavanaugh agreed with the decision to pass on the case now but indicated that he is skeptical such bans are constitutional and that he expects the court will address the issue “in the next term or two.”
