:really:I didn't say how hard I looked!
He probably called a few, they took one look and ran the hell out of there. Word probably got around town how bad it is too. It might explain why he had only one nanny who he had to "replace" with the hot wife.

The seeming overcast in photos from the east side of the house not matching the sunny conditions that day is still too blurry to be conclusive, but a couple things about the sunroom photo on the west side of the house don't quite add up:

First, considering how there were at least nine KCSO officers and one MSP officer on scene, Nick described a whole "line of cop cars" passing him on the way to the raid, two more CPS workers were brought to the scene, and the Rekietas and April had at least 4 vehicles that typically aren't all parked in the three garage stalls, you'd think that driveway would have been packed with vehicles, not to mention all the people that had been brought outside and all the personnel that were talking to them. Yet somehow, despite the sunroom photo's view through the window and the reflection on the TV showing quite a bit of the driveway area, it looks like a ghost town out there other than the headlight of a single truck? It would be very interesting to know @Tiki Bar Man 2 's and Mama K's recollections of where all these vehicles and people were situated in relation to this layout:

[L]

Secondly, while the shadows on the east side of the house look fairly consistent with the sun's position around 9:11 to 10:30 in May, the sunroom photo is a bit of an oddity, arguably more consistent with roughly early evening sometime in the following week, or possibly late afternoon if it relates to CPS visits sometime closer to solstice on June 20th:

Many of the photos Nick showed on stream looked very reminiscent of Hoarders. Not the beginning of the episodes, but they strongly resemble the ending shots where they have cleaned up a lot of stuff, but still have random piles of shit stacked on the ground and/or against the wall. Especially when they are grouped into rough categories: rubbermaids over here, kids toys over there, dirty clothes on the sofa, etc. Also strange that cops took only one photo of anything that could be called "evidence." The rest are just random pics that look like Zillow listings. Feels more like something CPS would do.
100% The photos he showed, particularly the one of the piles of clothes in the living room, were definitely post-arrest and during a clean up attempt. I’d assume it was a photo they submitted to CPS to show “progress” on improving the conditions in the house. I’d guess most of the photos were taken in the week after they were released or later. Maybe photos taken by that evil Ms Sweep when she came to visit the house after the kids were removed and they were showing their efforts to sort and organize the epic mess.

Nick’s “dust on vents” was such rank BS. But ironic since the cops actually said only check the piles that aren’t covered with dust to help them decide which piles to check in the hoarded mess for drugs.

CPS standards for houses are low af so these could even be the photos to show the house was now “good enough” - no drugs or dildos out in the open, no piles of trash, no empty liquor bottles and containers, no guns, no dog shit, no obvious, active, infestations. That’s all that’s required for CPS to greenlight a house as ok for kids. They don’t care if it’s messy or hoarded, only that no active hazards are present, you can exit the house quickly if it’s on fire, kids have a place to sleep, no piles excrement, food is available and it’s not over run with bug or rodent infestations. It’s seriously sad how low the standards are and the fact it took Nick months to get the kids back just shows how horrific the house (and their behavior) must have been.

All Nick’s stream proved was that the descriptions from the women who viewed the body cam were very accurate. He’s so mad he had to show us edited, curated, after shots of the house because he realized how horrified everyone was.

It would have been so easy for Nick to just say “I’m ashamed at how bad the conditions of our home got when we were but now we are striving to do better” and do a quick tour of the house as it is today. He can’t because nothing has improved and the house is still a disaster.

Maybe this will spur him to get the paid organizers and house cleaners back so he can totally own KF. It would be a nice upside for the kids of his recent meltdown. But Nick actually trying to admit and solve a problem is impossible. He can only lie and seethe.

Also it seems like there was a 24 - 36 hour reaction delay to the notes being released. Like Nick thought he won and nobody knows anything about the body cam footage so he can relax. Only to discover over the weekend that several people had viewed it, they took careful notes and the info was spreading like wildfire online. It seems like he started working on his big seethe and fail stream on Saturday night or Sunday morning given how bad and ill prepared he was.

This man was supposedly a lawyer, he is absolutely atrocious and ill prepared trying to mount his own defense.

He thinks they are that dented. Some of them might be, but I have faith that most of them can see through it.
Swap around "some" and "most" and you're closer to the truth. There are people whose only source of information about Nick is Nick himself. Outside of a-logs, most of Nick's viewers are those sorts of people. True believers.

Summer blockbuster season, bay bay. Explosions and bloat and poor attempts at humor abound!

Nick is spiraling, manic, desperate.

New charges by Fall. He's going to exhaust the county's patience and leniency for non-violent offenders. And that's without an accident or something unpredictable happening due to his being under the influence. I'm as smugly confident as Nick when he's high.

HEY NICK, KAYLA AND THE KIDS WILL BE GONE BY THE TIME J.D. VANCE IS ELECTED PRESIDENT. YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE, AND IT'S ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE FROM HERE.

You know, all Nick had to do was give us a tongue-in-cheek camera tour(video, not pictures) of his house live on stream, maybe have his kids say hello to show they're not actively starving or scared of daddy. This would take all of 5-10 minutes at most, would not be a problem to do at all with a cellphone and would forever BTFO Null and the farms. Not to mention it would only be part of a stream versus the entirety of it, to show us how small of a deal this whole thing is to him.
But he didn't do that, because his house is not clean and his kids are just as disheveled as they were on the day of the arrest. This is a far bigger L than Nick thought it was. This is just like piggertits being given an opportunity to earn hundreds of thousands of dollars to get humiliated and beaten in the ring, something he already does for free on regular bases(ie Portugal) and yet declines anyways. He is afraid of the L more than anything else(which will come to him one way or another eventually) and Nick shares this philosophy.

I used to have family that lived so far out in the boonies that the cleaning service they used was just some Amish lady. Not to mention, when you are so far out in the country, there are always a ton of people who get by just doing odd jobs, I am sure one of them is willing to clean up the Balldobunker.

All Rackets should be saying is something to the effect of, "I was out of my mind on drugs, it was the worst mistake of my life, and I've either fixed or am working to fix everything I ruined. I hope you can all forgive me, and appreciate that I wish to maintain a level of privacy for my wife and children who I put through this mess." and leaning hard into trying to rebuild something, instead of quintupling down on his idiotic story. The house was messy because you were high and didn't care, not because there are no cleaning services in your town. That's not even a believable lie.

Calls Null a woman and that he has no "legal basis" for the bodycam. "There are parts of my life that should remain private"
Yeah, I agree, a man's home is his castle and generally he should be able to keep it and its occupants private. Except for when things get so bad, the inside of your home must be made public.

The public, through its duly enacted laws, has declared some things are so bad they want them stopped, even if it inconveniences or harms the person doing those things. The public enacts its will through agents of the law, who are still restricted in what they do by search warrants and police procedures.

Search warrants, probable cause of crime, a crime in progress, and certain societal "don't want" cases like abused or neglected kids. All of these are reasons cops or government officials can legally enter your private home and start making records, notes, and recordings of it. They can do that because these are public issues,

This is not arbitrary, it's baked into the very founding of our country and its Constitution. Even the search-hating Founders didn't pretend a home was inalienably sacrosanct. Needing to get a search warrant means search warrants are something the Founders wanted to permit. 250 years ago, the Founders knew cops would have to bust in the door of degenerates, and said "yeah go ahead, as long as there's very good reason". They didn't say "oops it's private, nobody gets to check what's going on".

It takes quite a lot of doing for the public to declare a presumably private space to be temporarily public, but that's what happened here. Nick, you fucked up so badly the people around you noticed, and it cleared the bar for turning your private space public. That part of your life absolutely should not remain private, for the benefit of your kids and of your local community.

The only one who benefits from such privacy is you, and the law has already declared "you fucked up too badly to stay private".

"The law said it should be kept private."
If a cop comes into your home, he is The Public, and he has (rightly or wrongly) determined that your private space must be made public, at least temporarily. You can argue with him or disagree about the correctness of the law, but you can't pretend that your private space is still private. It's not.

The law specifically says any recordings, notes, etc should be public. Anything a cop does is public, and subject to public review. This includes entry into private homes, or recordings of private citizens during their worst or most vulnerable moments. It does this to protect citizens from abuse, by showcasing the abuse (if it happened) or assuring them that no abuse happened during an incident in question. Non-stoned lawyers know this, even libertarian ones, especially libertarian ones.

The above rants are going to sound redundant to any honest ConLaw professor, or non-wetbrained libertarian. But I guess Nick doesn't have any of those in his circle, or at least none he's listening to.

A characteristic of lolcows is they are incapable of introspection.

"Doing drugs was really fun and cool"

Still going with this fucking line. It's insane as hell. He has no self awareness.

Look, it's not surprising that drugs have euphoric effects. People wouldn't piss their lives away in service of chasing that high if they didn't make you feel good.

And if you're an upper middle class Christian boy with middle class parents, I can see how slumming it with the hoi polloi might seem exciting for a little while. Until a team of armed niggers kicks in your front door, looking for the ounce of coke that their buddy just sold you, because that's more money than they've ever seen in their life before.

But if you've got 'fun and cool' in the A column, what have you got in the B column?

- The trade has destabilized third world countries and is well on its way to similar destabilization of first world countries like Belgium and Amsterdam.
- The people running the trade are the scum of the earth. Why would you enrich and empower them?
- The impact the trade has on local communities is also devastating. You might be somewhat insulated from it in Spicer, Minnesota, but in areas that are dealing hot spots, it's ruining the lives of law abiding poor people.

And don't be giving me all this 'but muh legalization! These things are all functions of criminalization'. Yeah, I believed that for the longest time, as well. Today though, we've got plenty of evidence that demonstrates that that's all just wishful thinking. Liberalize the laws, increase availability, increase prevalence, increase problems. What you get when you stop enforcing the laws are places like San Francisco where people are shooting up in the streets, or Amsterdam, where the drug gangs are executing journalists for having the temerity to report on these people.

The reason why you don't do drugs is because it's an immoral act. It makes you complicit in an immoral trade. And if I hear another wanker complaining about 'but muh Gaza' while hoovering up another cheeky little line brought to them by a gang that literally uses children to transport their product having sourced it in a country where the national economy and all of their politicians are subserviant to a criminal industry, I swear I will fucking throw up.

Remember, this thing is the typical Nick fan at this point.

They were to drugged out, degenerate and the house too trashed to even have a house keeper come in. Nothing like the house keeper showing up at 8 am and all your coke and dildos are laying around and everybody in the house is asleep and piles of crap, trash and clothes everywhere. No point.
They didn't have a cleaner because they didn't want anyone to see that house, and also because they were out of their minds distracted with sex and drugs so didn't process the level of chaos of the place (Nick STILL thinks it looks fine and normal, just 5-kid messy, so their standards are off to begin with, but in the fever and fog of how they were living, I don't think they noticed). There's a reason crackhouses look like crackhouses. People in them are dirty and secretive, and they do the same to the houses.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they hired an “organizer” to come in after the CPS removal to sort the house for them, not that they would maintain it. Yes, they do have services for people to organize their homes. I’m sure mama and papa Reikita would bankroll it, then hire a weekly cleaning service.
That house has zero organization. Where are the bins, the baskets, the labels, the pleasing symmetry? They just have shit lined up, at best. In prior images of the kitchen we've seen, the counters are jam-packed with stuff just lined up and shoved against the wall.

I am also highly sus of their under-sink level of cleaning supplies, both kitchen and bath. Like 4 canisters, nothing else in there. Where are their specialty sprays, disinfectants, sealants, polishes, etc.? Backup supplies, dishwasher detergent, rinse aid, etc.? Or if you like to make your own, there should be a giant bag of baking soda, borax, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, all that jazz. Why is nothing organized into bins or containers? They don't have anything like what even a single person in a home should have, and what they do have is paltry and unorganized, which tells me no one does much housework even underneath the clutter.

Also, I now think these kids got an absolute terrible education
That has never been in question, in my mind, at least. I simply do not believe that the Rekietas have ever had it in them to structure and prep, take the time, and gave the energy for homeschooling. And that's not even taking into account that they are varying degrees of dim bulbs. And Nick has got to be the worst teacher in the world. Which he couldn't do because he now claims he has to work 11 pm - 5 am and do is falling asleep all day / even before he was hung over most days and running on (I guess now literal) fumes. These two did not run a challenging classroom.

regardless of what Nick tries to claim. Homeschool can be better than public education IF the parents are organized, smart and dedicated. Unfortunately a lot of dirtbags “homeschool” because they can’t get up at 6 am, don’t want mandated reporters to see their kids or want to severely limit their children’s exposure to the world.
100%. Isolation is very convenient for certain psychologies and purposes.
(We know how much Nick needs to control the narrative, so imagine how he inflicts his narrative on the kids.)

I believe Nick wants to limit their education so he can maintain control over his little piggy banks.

If you are a narc control freak and have a family trust it’s best if your kids, who will inherit a stake in it, are uneducated and need to rely on you because they don’t understand math, financial information and lack independent living skills. It means Nick gets to control the purse strings and their lives. He’s a weird control freak and making sure his kids are naive bumpkins ensures he maintain control over them.

A guy with the type of money Nick has should be sending his kids to good private schools, taking cool learning vacations to Europe or Asia, sending them to science camps, etc... Nick sequestering his large family in a remote MN town where they are ineptly homeschooled by nice local moms and the most cultural exposure they get are trips to Minneapolis for some show choir performance is fucking weird.
I've said this many times. Kids of means travel, go places, do things. They're being raised as backward people with a warped sense of home normalcy. Have they ever taken the kids to Europe, Asia, anywhere beyond Bloomington? I mean, a waterpark by the highway for a weekend.

It's really appalling how little depth there is.
