Translation for normies: "Months after the initial arrest, as a precondition for the kids to be returned the house had to be cleaned. This is the best we could do after months to clean up and with help from others. These are the photos the cops took to show child protective services to evaluate whether the kids could be returned to the parents."

He'll spend all the money on nitrous instead, but hey. He isnt no prude.

Also imo appearing on KC is probably a bad look for Ms. K here, but like fuck it laughing at Nick is funny so might as well. Pop off queen or whatever.

I think letting the statements lay and not getting more involved would be the better play, but Nick might stroke out if he gets any angrier so that'll be funny.

In that clip I posted, near the end of his stream, he does say “every one of those pics taken by the cops, on the day of the arrest”.

He doesn’t have any wriggle room. Its a certainty that several of the pics (ie the ones where you see a clean floor) are not from the day of the arrest.

As I said before, he must have been told the bodycam is gone, deleted, or otherwise not seeing the light of day, because this is audacious lying and fabrication even for him.

Attaching again just for the hell of it.
 
For fun, let's draw a picture based on Nick's own story of what the house situation was like.

The Rekieta house has 8 people in it, 5 children and 3 adults. There's also a dog and a cat. The 3 adults are in a polycule which is starting to break down. Kayla apparently isn't too happy with the attention Nick is paying to April and it's putting a massive strain on their marriage. The adults in the house are also daily drug users. They are doing some combination of coke, molly, weed, nitrous, pills and good old booze with the the hope of experimenting with other drugs like DMT in the future. They had a nanny who was responsible for the general housework as well as taking care of the kids according to Nick. The nanny left months before the raid and Kayla is by her own admission mentally ill and pretty worthless at homemaking/child rearing. Nick states that he becomes the children's primary care giver after the nanny leaves.

So without relying on a party like Aaron or some written description of bodycam footage that we may never get, we can be pretty sure of the general state of the Rekieta crack house. We're supposed to believe the house and kids where fully looked after. The Rekieta's must be built different. Apparently they're fully functional while doing drugs daily. The problem is that we know they weren't functional. People in the community and their family noticed what was happing, we all noticed it too.

Nick just lies when he can't think of a good technicality (and he loves his technicalities) Remember, he denied doing coke on the cokestream even after getting arrested, he implied it was planted by the cops.

I think Nick's worried about the bodycam footage coming out because he keeps using weasel words like "if it comes out", etc

I think he's promised April and maybe Kayla that it's not coming out. It could be a dambreaker for either of them. April, because she's a dumb whore and looks the part in the footage. Kayla, because of the shame it will bring on her and her household- and what her family will think of her.

The articles and whatnot are embarassing enough, but released footage probably ends up on the local news. Harder for normies at the church to ignore.
