I couldn't give you specifics, as I am a retard. However, I remember Nick multiple times alluded to not having any kind of pre-nup, and I think he kind of resented that.

Nah. With how completely unrepentant Nick is, he is obviously the worst of the two.

Wasn't Kayla reported to have told their children that these were the consequences if their actions upon arrest? Has Nick even ever expressed any sort of regret for his actions and decisions?
