Nobody uses a three digit date value as shown, 024 for the 24th of X.
MN is in US Central time zone and observes daylight saving, so on Rekieta's arrest it should be UTC -5, not +5 (Pakistan).

Here is the "video" which I think is hyper fake. The camera seems to dip down? No idea why a cop would do that.

I think its fake also because Jessie only showed them for a short amount of time then moved on.

if it was real ithink he would savor every frame.

It would dip down if the officer is a woman.

He may have done that to not be struck by Nick, after all he turned off rewind on livestream.

The clip he showed has "Axon Body 3", not 2, and on the Axon site you linked:

Body 3, Body Workforce, Body 4, and later​

These later generation cameras have the option of using UTC or local (agency) time zone (see third FAQ below).

That looks like a Body 3 in local time (+0500), so it isn't necessarily inconsistent.
