It's so weird seeing someone that used to make fun of tumbr rhetoric just spouting it like it's just a normal genuine thing even after enough people know it's a front of some kind for clout. I know I keep saying it but This and other cases like hotwheels are just so weird to me and always fucks me up a bit. You'd think that a site like the Farms, which tends to mock all kinds of internet label, would insulate someone from deciding to latch onto one like it's their new religion. At the same time, I think there's a tendency for some thread communities to come off like jilted, spiteful nihilists - no doubt unhelped by the fact that some of the userbase is kind of retarded.

At the same time, it can be comforting to find meaning in labels and associations, and gendershit is no different. If I'm a loser staring down middle age and I don't really feel comfortable and happy in what someone like me would traditionally do, well, that's a pretty tough thing to reconcile. Lots of people have crises not just in midlife but all across the age spectrum due to feeling like a failure - puberty, early 20s, middle age, or just times where there are big changes like having your first child. Millenials also statistically miss a lot of the usual milestones of adulthood, I mean by all accounts Meowthkip is ostensibly dating a boyfriend, childless, living in an apartment on the cusp of 40, that might make someone feel like a failure. A resilient and introspective person might consider what they want out of life, what matters to them, and define their own success based on that. Other people... might choose to believe that their salvation lies in a different label, like "well yes, under heteropatriarchal societal norms a WOMAN would be expected to churn out babies for her white oppressor moid, but as a NONBINARY INDIVIDUAL such standards simply don't apply to me "

Not that it's KF's job to provide your life meaning, but the focus is making fun of internet people; there are some good off-topic boards and the self-sufficiency section is full of great stuff, but fundamentally the point of the site is mocking other people. If you're desperate for meaning and validation, this is not the place to find it (perhaps for the best), and there are TONS of places online that will absolutely offer you answers to life's questions. Several years ago I used to be in two discord servers, in which Meowthkip happened to be in them, and this was when she was still active on the farms. She was always obsessed with socially signaling and oversharing about her shitty gross "life" even when nobody asked. Of particular note is that she would always passive aggressively lash out if anyone so much stated "online dependency is bad for your health" or something along those lines; more than a few times, Sarah would drone on with ACKCSHUALLY-styled diatribes on how 'amazing' her existence was because she did a lot of tumblr-to-IRL meetups with furry convention pooners, as if that somehow proof that crippling internet addiction wasn't a bad thing at all. She is seriously deranged and it shows.

When one's entire existence and self-esteem revolves around the internet and only that, nothing that person does or says holds any scrutiny or worth, because their sole focus will be always be fishing for attention and asspats, and they'll wreck as much havoc to themselves and others to secure the validation, no matter how tiny and superficial it is.

I have no access to these things but from what I've seen elsewhere it makes sense why someone would get upset being preached at about how "Internet bad". Even if you're using the Internet to meet up with pooners that's still using the Internet as a tool to work alongside IRL shit. By chance the discord server in question was related to NefariousBanana/NannerNeff (Powerword: Sherrod Austin)? I know for a fact he and his psychotic cult of asspatters were trying their hardest with 'rehabilitating' Meowthkip's image on tumblr etc; this was around the time MK finally ragequitted from the farms.
