The question is really more appropriate here, as it's definitely a big thunk, but due to the implications, and seeing as how it's getting cited, how likely is it that Greer's got some third party whispering sweet nothings in his ear, getting him to make the most retarded takes imagineable because they can be used as leverage for the window where the case does not resolve?
