I wouldn’t take what Destiny says as an accurate framing. He’s consistently dishonest and clients are the last people you would rely on to give accurate descriptions of their own cases.

One head speaks truth, One head only lies. The problem is Destiny can tell the truth or part of the truth which makes it so difficult to interpret. Especially because until the judge rules we don't have any other sources of information.

That is a very real possibility. There is a really really strong case present with Destiny even admitting he shared the video but they need to make sure everything is nailed down.

When you have such an advantage your biggest concern is making sure you don't mess up.

They seem a bit inexperienced in this type of litigation. Although I think Destiny very publicly attacking them pushes them to actually work harder. I won't lie because it is a little uncertain it makes the case more interesting.

That isn't uncommon in litigation though especially when there's a lot of material to go through. Judges will often need some time to then review and consider before they make and write a ruling on it.
