Please find attached a police complaint made on December 11th, 2018 (though the original complaint dates back to August) by Russell Greer against Joshua Moon in Utah. Despite Mr. Greer's assertions, the 2017 file he had referenced does not exist. The only changes made by me is the red censor bar on the first page, for obvious reasons. Everything else was redacted by the police themselves. Mr. Greer sought a restraining order, and criminal harassment charges against Mr. Moon.

They have Josh's information wrong, as far as municipality and state. Was that information that Greer provided, or something the police did? If Greer did it, then he is clearly intentionally lying to try and get a Utah state law to apply by saying they are both under the jurisdiction of the state of Utah. If it's the police, clearly they are just dumb and lazy.

I find it interesting that the case is still listed as "Open" most files are closed after a certain amount of time with no action.

One is called "case specific information" which I assume is meant to cover where the alleged crime happened. That way the difference in redaction ends up making sense.

You'd think they would have an entry for "online" rather than having to put in an inaccurate physical location since one can't really say it "occurred" at that location.
