Most autistic thing you've purchased lately - c'mon feel the cringe

Debating in my mind whether or not to buy these testosterone vitamins on Amazon

I just don’t want to turn into another “empathetic” version of Ian Jomha.
Don't be a faggot do real steroids. Napsgear some dbol you'll thank me later.

Got some DVD-R disks, remember them? My one mentor still does DVDs and wanted a few movies so I'll burn them for him as a gift. Felt like a high schooler buying disks to burn for friends.

So, I don't know if it was some random fluke or glitch, but I tripped over a full six set of Kuromi blind boxes for AUD$17 on Aliexpress, with free postage. I sincerely doubt that they're within shouting distance of being a genuine Sanrio product, but even by Jolly Roger standards that's incredibly underpriced. I've recently got around to setting up a display case that I've had for a while- like the anticipated pirate plastic crap, it too is shoddy and cheap so they can all be subpar together- so I have something to display these figurines in if/when they arrive. If they're especially crap, maybe it'll be fun to experiment with customising them. My payment was accepted, but when I went to recheck the store page, the price had jumped to the more usual AUD$40 for this particular older line. It's going to be interesting seeing what happens either way.

Oh, and also an AM/FM radio alarm clock for $20. Has two alarms, an AA battery compartment for backup power, and a nice little display. The numbers are white irl, not sure why my camera thinks they're blue.

Sometimes I can't be bothered to deal with Spotify, and the local classical station is nice.

I spent another $130 getting a sapphire crystal and new hands for a Seiko 6139-6012.
Bought him as a broken pile of utter dog shit for $200, then repaired and restored him. Spent another $400 over the years on that repair and restore.
This is silly, as I could have just bought one that had already been running and serviced for like $3-500. But this one is mine.

It's already got a neat aftermarket mineral crystal. But after repairing and restoring him, he's been my daily driver for about 5 years.

I just want to get him as upgraded/rock solid as I possibly can so I can stop opening him up and just wear him for another 20 years.

No joke back when netflix shipped physical disks primarily my mom used to rip and burn disks and distributed them to friends for free. She bough so many blank CD-Rs. Gotta love asian immigrant mentality.

She must have produced 100s of copies of various movies.

I've always felt strongly that my rampant media piracy was less skeevy by freely and generously offering copies of everything to my less tech-savvy friends

Some first aid supplies to complete (it's never really complete) my truck's first aid kit (which is in a tearaway pouch MOLLE'd to the back of the driver's seat) - another big roll of wound packing gauze, a roll of quikclot gauze, an Israeli bandage and a CAT tourniquet. Also some stuff that's generally useful to have on hand just because - sunscreen and insect repellent for the glove box, a Harbor Freight moving blanket and a customizable strap set so I can lash the blanket rolled up to the passenger seat back.

Also picked up a decent little tool roll and some socket strips so I could finally get rid of the blow-molded case my automotive tools came packed in and get them into a smaller form factor for transport and storage along with the extra stuff that I added to round out that set.

Does a tattoo count as a purchase?

Got a tat of my kid's name in Tolkien Elven letters.

Given that every transcriber site gives different results, I'm sure it would be incorrect if a hardcore purist reviewed it, but it doubles in meaning for me since a friend gave me the idea and the design. So it honors the kid, the friend, and I guess the Tolkien.

waiting for it to arrive... wanna get it a little denim jacket then iron on my kiwi farms patches on it
I have a kiwi plushie, different from this one, posted a picture here ages ago, but that is a fantastic idea. I may just plagiarize you.

Kind of sad that by the time I was able to try these things that my adult palate was completely unable to appreciate them, but that's the way life is at times.
Franken and Booberry weren't even good as a kid.

Autistic things I've bought lately? Got a 7 DVD set of Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex at the pawn shop for 25 leafbux. I sort of want to get back into collecting DVD's again.

I've bought just about everything I want to play on the NES and SNES, the only thing I'd like to have for my SNES is maybe a couple of OEM controllers that aren't so haggard. I managed to cobble one that 100% works out of the guts of three.

Your camera should apologise for living in fantasy.
