A former Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office deputy is accused of molesting child under the age of 13 more than a decade ago.

Chad White, 38, of Houma was arrested in Terrebonne last week after sheriff's investigators determined White was allegedly showing nude images of a woman to others without her consent, according to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office.

I've heard law people (including @Potentially Criminal ) say that Pxie's team have to amend their complaint. Is there a reason they haven't done that yet? Is there a time limit for that to happen? Iirc the 3 witnesses that have signed evidence have all said he's also shared porn of them without their consent - can they all just join the case?

Per the scheduling order, motions to join additional parties and amend the complaint must be filed by July 6 (under the federal rules, complaints can be amended at virtually any time, even after trial in some instances). This is actually one point I disagree with Potentially Criminal on. He made it sound like Pxie's team should be rushing to amend the complaint, but I don't see why, especially if they are still reigning in potential witnesses/other parties. Its better to just amend the complaint once rather then have to potentially move to amend it multiple times because you needlessly rushed to amend the first time.

And this is also why Destiny's whining about "twilight witnesses" is so stupid. We aren't even past the point at which she can amend the complaint to include additional allegations/plaintiffs, and this dumb asshole is complaining about "last-minute" witnesses.

I actually think it would not necessarily be better for Pxie to have this be sealed.

I understand why, she doesn't want this to be extremely public as it is painful. But on the other hand all of this being public will really hurt Destiny in the long run.

At some point this case will be over and Pxie won't feel the pain of this situation so acutely. Once that happens I think she'll have wished that everyone sees as clearly as possible what type of person Destiny is.
