Japan seems like the kind of place that wants you to have a ton of shit in place before they allow a working visa. I was just looking through what would be needed after a purse through some international real estate listings etc, they are pretty tight. It would be slightly easier to hire him if at&t sent him over there on business or if he had a partner(lmao) in Japan to sponsor his visa. Apart from that, his own qualifications on his proficiency on Japanese would be "I watch anime". What reputable company would want him I have no idea.
