I think his fatness is starting to cause him real health problems. He's definitely slowing down, and his blood pressure is going up. We know his sleep pattern is shot to hell and to call him sedentary would be an understatement. He's usually bragged about taking his putput out by this time of year. I'm guessing he's outfatted the saddle. He probably can't zip up his reinforced motorcycle jacket anymore and must be on the cusp of T2 diabetes. He's going to need a lot more medication.

The stipulation read entirely like the officers on the scene were very reasonable and were always trying to assure Rick that they knew it was bullshit but that they still have to go through the motions because it is required of their jobs.
