I think that Tate probably does something extremely similar to Destiny. His online persona is so cartoonishly sexist and abrasive, but in private he puts on a much softer face, even vulnerable at times. This leads the woman into believing there is something special about her, and can be very effective in on the right type of person. If I remember correctly, Destiny even said in passing that Tate is the only one in the Red Pill sphere that he believes actually has multiple partners because Tate talks about things Destiny knows works.

I don't think Stasia has ever said that she's taking any civil action, but she did say that she's filed a police report. I got the impression that JSTLK was hinting at some progress in Chaeiry's case at the end of his stream a few days ago, but that could mean anything. He made a comment about Destiny not attacking Chaeiry recently, but stopped himself from saying anything else.

Destiny recently outed Stasia as a Jane Doe witness in Pxie's case (despite pretending he had NO IDEA who any of those people were!), but we don't know if they can add her on to the case or if she would even be willing to join. Destiny himself said they would have a stronger case if they all joined together. One concern is that Stasia seems to be friendly with Destiny's girlfriend, which is very weird considering what's going on.

I also wish we had updates on both cases, but it's probably a good thing that they're not sperging out about it online like Destiny is.

It shouldn't be that much of a surprise that nothing has materialized of Chaeiry's case. She's unlikely to know anything material to her case, and due to the nature of it it's going to take time to investigate. For reference it took Minnesota area police two months to arrest Aaron Imholte on revenge pornography charges and they had video evidence of him sending the nude photos of Kayla Rekieta, so they could pinpoint when and where it happened. The Chaiery/Destiny case has a lot of open questions about when it happened, who might have jurisdiction over it, what specific crime might have occurred, et cetera, that need to be nailed down before they can even think of an arrest.
