The vote margins are so thin that they need some of their members who represent these areas. If they get enough done, expand they're majority in 26, they might be able to do something about this. Until then they don't have the leverage to get to out.

Edit: I do want to add it's possible they sometimes "ruin" their own politicians so no one can ever long-term organize around them. This is a common technique in warfare manuals, where you set up the cult figure (the controlled opposition) but you eventually tarnish him so your opposition can't truly rally independently in the end, but then later you bring his mythos back in a positive light.

An example is Bush being the "outsider" all-American super-Patriot in his air-force jumpsuit then he's literally Hitler then by the time the next "outsider" conservative comes around, you re-play Bush as not so bad after all.

About 2020, I'd argue it was not really that coordinated, many small groups of negress counting vote and cheating, as they are wont to do. Many of them clearly got spooked around 1-2 am and dropped the pretense and only filled the president slot.
