Inactive Nick Bate / Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger - (Thread 3: JUDGEMENT DAY)

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
He only looks worse in his 2023 photo because he didn't groom either his facial or head hair. That and it looks like his hairline has started to recede.I don't know but it also looks like he had a tan back in 2017.

It is kind of odd to think it has already been a decade since his arrest. Back when it first happened I thought this would hopefully be the end of such monsters becoming lolcows. Instead more and more of people like Nick emerged on the internet. I am at least glad in his case justice was served and he'll be behind bars for a long time.
It's good that we are exposing them for what that's worth at least

He's got a good shot at parole given that he's spent a good fraction of his life incarcerated but he may well be paroled to one of the institutions for rapists. If not sex offenders are routinely left homeless due to their restrictions.
Even if he were paroled, it would probably be for the remainder of his sentence, and I do not think he would be capable with abiding with all of the caveats that being on parole brings with it. He would not be able to get a job, could not afford an apartment nor would any landlord rent to him, and his Tier III status would also bar him from many services for homeless and low-income people. For somebody like Nick, the parole stipulations would be so strict he would probably have more relative freedom in prison.

There would be no point in paroling somebody who is just going to get arrested again for violating it within a few hours or days.

Yet again this has been bumped and I'm disappointed it's not a death notice. It's been a wild ride, I followed it back before he was even in jail, but I can't say it was good times.

Does being incarcerated help or hinder your life expectancy? I guess it doesn't matter in his case, because pulling all those black teeth probably greatly increased his lifespan. But I am curious about, y'know, regular prisoners.

Yes. The low quality diet, healthcare, living conditions, etc. shortens lifespan.
Honestly, it probably depends on how you spend your time. And some folks dedicate themselves to working out. One British prisoner was able to write a book about working out, and pursued a career as an artist.

I’m sure there’s a whole range of things inmates do when they have a long sentence, let alone the ones we probably don’t hear about. But from what I’ve seen and heard of Nick, I’m willing to bet he’s bored out of his mind.
This makes me feel like the main Nick Bate should have been jailed for even longer as he did something even more heinous than this guy (which is already evil enough)
Wasn’t 40 years the high end of his sentence?

But would he even have access to the gym in the prison considering that he would get shanked the moment he stepped out of solitary confinement? They might also limit what things he could have access to in case he could try using them to commit suicide with.

Nick is at such a high-risk of being targeted for violence that he probably has even less autonomy than most other inmates.

They deserve solitary? As in they deserve to live?

No.

You will not convince me that any money spent on housing/feeding/keeping alive pedophiles is a good thing.
All I am saying is that death would probably be preferable to him compared to his current situation as it would be a release.

That was a British prison though which aren't nearly as restrictive as US prisons. Also Bronson as horrible as he was actually committed crimes that would require a certain amount of physical strength and fitness, which meant he had something to work with. Nick on the other hand was physically weak and unfit even before prison and it likely has only got worse for him now. He probably doesn't have any physical strength, let alone desire to do anything moderately taxing. He probably has even less autonomy than most prisoners due to him being a very high target even among other chomos.

I have a copy of this book.

I was really confused by the name of the author at first.

Nick is already dead. He might as well seal the deal. That, or some niggers will do it for him.

Do we know how his dad reacted to Nick's arrest. Wonder how his dad feels, knowing that his only family will rot in prison, and he will leave nothing behind other than his failure of a son.

Some information on Nick Bate / Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger in prison:

-Nick has a "Z-Code" meaning he has a single cell to himself. No roommate.

-Nick does not shower. But the guards & staff don't say anything about it to him because he generally stays out of people's way & doesn't cause a problem for anyone

.-Nick is housed in what's called a "MHU" (Mental Health Unit). The unit has a few more freedoms than a normal unit, but also has psych staff on hand 24/7.

-Nick is employed. In prison you're expected to work, & Nick works as a tutor in the computer lab assisting inmate who are trying to obtain their GED or High School Diploma. Nick is very smart, & takes a lot of pride in his work.

Now on to the weird stuff...

-Nick is bullied. His family keeps his inmate account stacked with money so he is able to buy commissary every week, but there is an inmate who bullies Nick & keeps all his commissary in cell. Nick rarely sees it & this inmate either eats it himself, or trades it off for other items.

-Nick had a seizure from smoking K2. Drugs are available in prison. Someone was smoking K2, & tossed a roach when they were done with it. Nick was looking for cigarette butts one day & picked up one that was actually K2. He smoked it & went into a seizure.

-Nick was involved with a jailhouse relationship that is the stuff nightmares are made of. Nick was in a "relationship" with a guy named David Riley. David Riley is a sexual degenerate, there are no 2 ways about that. Riley was serving a ridiculous sentenced for molesting his daughter. Riley would prey on the weak in prison. I know of multiple inmates that he would groom for his own sexual pleasures. Nick was one of them & it was perhaps the most bizarre. They were in a "relationship" but because of Nick's Z-Code status they weren't allowed to live with each other. Riley wanted to start a religious group in prison where he was the prophet, & Nick was one of his disciples. Eventually this became too much for prison staff to ignore, & they separated them (note: each housing unit has 2 units, an A side & a B side. Riley was kept in the A side, while Nick was moved to the B side.). They were now only allowed to see each other during rec time in the prison yard & there were cameras everywhere. But that didn't stop them from doing some weird stuff. Riley made Nick sign a "love contract" with a point system. I don't know exactly what the contract said, or how the points were structured but the contract is what lead to Riley being sent to the hole, where he would die in his sleep from a heart attack.
