Perhaps an honorable mention to David Sonboly and Carter Boyles, a shoot shooter and would-be school shooter who were friends of William Atchison or affiliated with ED via their official Steam group. There's not an incredibly reliable source of information on these topics though.

This took a day and a half to write. I wanted to include all of the admins but many of them are only corroborated on ED and I have no idea if what they say is true or not. I also spent a lot of time browsing the site and it was very fatiguing due to the amount of porn, gore, and other weird shit that gets displayed to you without warning (I think the gif that's shown in the An Hero infobox is from an actual video of a guy killing himself.) Exactly, that's how I wound up discovering it. I'm still split whether my first lolcow would be Jessi Slaughter or Chris Chan, but it was the Jessi Slaughter stuff where I discovered it all.
For me, the Chris-Chan stuff was the most fascinating and ED documented anything fresh whenever he did just anything. But as time moved on, the magic was fading away slowly and he was just a sad and pitiful man. Far cry from what he was, the happy man in CWCville that looked for any boyfriend-free girl.

The amount of times I looked for a picture that was posted on ED and I never managed to find the full size version of it. Maybe the internet forgets after all.
