Jokes aside, while there are some deviants who aspire to play nice with any and all other deviants and build a community to spread every color of the rainbow across the world, these types (antisocial tech spergs/incel pipeliners) are distinct in that they almost never actually care about anyone besides other porn-addicted men. Not gays, not (real) lesbians, not women who go trans, and not other popular progressive causes like anti-racism (you'll notice they're whiter than a Nazi rally). If you frequent places that have a decent number of FTMs, you'll come across sad apologetic requests for peace like "hey... this isn't supposed to be a jab at trans women at all because they're really so stunning and beautiful...!! but,,, can we talk about some of the misandry that happens towards trans men from trans women in trans communities... (:_(" since they direct their poor behavior towards them as well. The women are then painted into a corner because they get shut down with "lol misandry isn't real idiot" and can't admit that they're facing misogyny either because they'll lose their trans card and get called terfs. I have even seen MTFs recognize and call out the techsperg flavor of their own, criticizing them due to their obvious past years as SA/4chan/incel forum/etc. edgelords and their lack of loyalty to the collective LGBT.

It turns out that being a member of SomethingAwful does not, in fact, give you its mystique via osmosis. Imagine my shock.

Why do people even get involved with modern gaming. It's cancerous and gay. I'm getting through some old DnD games and Daggerfall on DOSBOX and it's awesome.

When I saw that gaming was going downhill, at around gaymer gate, I just switched to pirating old Crpgs (MM, Wizardry, etc) and never looked back.

I use emulators for some console stuff like PS1/2, N64, etc. I haven't spent a dime on a new game in over a decade.
