The Magistrate cannot dismiss it. The best he can do is recomend such to the District Judge.
Sounds like the magistrate treats this case like billable hours. Doing nothing is easy money.

Somehow if he keeps the bullshit away from the District judge, no one except Josh/Hardin care if he milks this open case forever.

The only way it goes away is if Hardin forces District judge to deal with routine shit. That will make the judge mad at the magistrate. Magistrate then has to do stuff to keep his job. That's when they'll realize Greer needs to go away.

Greer has pissed off the District Judge repeatedly in the past 2 weeks. He had to get involved regarding the Clerks and Greers Subpoena. He is not happy.

There's also the upcoming deadline for sanctions that the district judge ruled that Greer must pay. He bent over backwards in lowering them, which is itself legally contentious. I cannot imagine him being anything less than thoroughly pissed if Russ were to blow off paying them, especially in light of the multiple filings where Greer has claimed to have several thousand dollars for business purposes.

As bad as all of this is for Russ already, he still has several additional weeks to make him hisself an even bigger ass before Hardin's response on the motion to dismiss is due. It's all unforced errors on Greer's part and he won't stop making more of them. If he's lucky, the judge will dismiss the case with prejudice with no or minor sanctions. Not that the ride is over then because I foresee another appeal arc coming up.

I feel like this has been brought up, and I'm sorry if it has.

Greee is no longer IFP. Can he file an appeal for free, or is he going to have to pony up some real dosh -- all while Null and Hardin are going after every dime he has or makes for sanctions recovery -- to appeal this?

I read it as the Judge saying "STAY until this motion" and Greee says "I'll subpoena" and the judge thinks "Fair enough, after the stay is over you can subpoena Null, that makes sense even with the agreement on calling witlesses".
well ... most of what greee does is witless, so this is appropriate. lmao.

That little malicious tidbit in Greeee's lying e-mail to the Clerks is if anything the thing that will piss the Judges off the most. "Who the Fuck does this retard think he is?" Will be going through their heads. You don't do this. You especially don't do this to a Federal Court where decorum and polite respect for all parties is how it operates.

looking back at it (ecf 51), who was it that admitted mr. hardin as pro hac vice attorney for the defense:

ah yes, it was friend of the farms, district court judge tena campbell. it was also her last order on the docket before she recused herself:

why did the district judge choose to admit mr. hardin? well, his credentials to practice law are a bit more extensive than a five-year paralegal degree:

eight states, fifteen federal district courts, five circuit courts, scotus, five article 1 courts, and mr. hardin is even admitted to practice law in two tribal courts:

mr. hardin is in good standing in all thirty-six of these jurisdictions. he's also capable of reading the documents that he's required to read, unlike the plaintiff:

subpoena's.
subpoena's.
shame on both of you!

I believe that this was asked before recently and someone more knowledgeable indicated that the appeals court would independently consider Greer for IFP status. Whether the appeals court would grant it, in particular given everything that Russ has said or entered into the record, is another matter. He'd likely apply for IFP status. I don't know if it matters much either way as he would still pony up a few hundred dollar filing fee to try to avoid thousands of dollars in sanctions.

Hopefully the appeals arc is brief and we get to follow it up with an arc where Hardin gets to dig into this business money that Russ alleges to have so that he can pay sanctions. Null deserves as scalp after all of this.

When Hardin is awarded the entire hooker fund, he needs to tag Russell in a facebook post of him holding a wad of cash labelled "WOOHOO! I'm gonna spend my winnings all on (legal) hookers. Ooh la la! 😜😎"
Greer fucked up by leaving info on his favorite hookers specifically where to find them, if he was thin-skinned and intelligent, rather than a thin-skinned retard (among many other negative traits he has.) then he would realize broadcasting who his favorite whores and female celebrities is could come back to haunt him

As an optimist, I want to believe that the magistrate judge is waiting for all motions for sanctions to be due, then dismiss the case on the basis of gross sanctionable conduct. Just two more weeks, Kiwi bros. Trust the plan.

I personally believe Happening Bros will be eating well pretty soon, and Nothing Ever Happens cucks will be BTFO'd. I personally feel the suit won't survive the summer.

Didn't Quasi deliberately drag it out to maximize what Rick had to pay? In this case, Russ is dragging it out to torment Null and relying on "I'm a broke pro se retard, yer ona" to protect himself from retaliation.
The payquasi arc start AFTER Quasi was awarded costs and fees, and took insanely long because Quasi had to get the debt transferred to Wisconsin. And ricky intentionally dis as much as he could to delay it, I don't think Quasi was.

In this case, since it's federal, Null may NOT have to get it transferred to Nevada.

Charges $300 yet still inserts microtransactions. Did Hardin work for EA before passing the bar?

I read this in DSP's voice, it makes it even better.
Ok. I just tried this and can't pull it off because Phail talks such nonsense using words that he has no clue what their meaning is, and reading something sensible and intelligent just fucks with my brain.
Also, I read everything as 'Greee' since the subpoena and would laugh my ass off if Hardin did it every time he refers to it in filings.
Next week should be great as we have this one thing due, this other thing due, and a third thing due I think. Obviously I don't want to remind Greee what he needs to do since he's so good at keeping track of the case schedule already.
I think one is now more overdue isn't it?
shame on both of you!
They were autocorrected from 'greeemails'. Not their fault. :story:

And depending on how motions go, we're about to revisit the first 20.

I think the judge might go down that route if only to create as many reasons for dismissal as possible that an appeals court won't touch it because even if they hate Null, it's too much of a mess for them to "fix" without overturning a lot of existing precedent or contravening established law. At one point the judge might have assumed that the easiest path forward was to get this case to trial, but Greer's complete retardation derailed that train months ago and he's stepped on some many rakes in the last month that the have come to the attention of the district judge and the court itself as well. If the judge hasn't figured out by now that it's time to take Old Yeller out back then he's even dumber than Greer.
