Well, the Seattle minimum wage is 20.76 meaning they get paid 31.98 aud minimum, plus tips. In WA state you must pay your workers the minimum wage regardless of tips. Also take into account the massive portion difference that's likely here. Still expensive for much of the country and even WA state.

I live in San Francisco and I've never seen a place charge 20 dollars for bacon and eggs. Things are expensive here, but that's just obscene. The omelettes are a little harder to judge since they're weird 6-12 egg omelettes, but I don't see any indication that the basic egg dishes are anything more than normal-sized.
