I'm curious about how Ian is one moment desperate for Anisa's validation and the other moment he's saying she's a hypochondriac. One moment he's getting punched in the face for her, in the other he says he's tired of this boxing shit. He's defending her online but he's also not putting her in his videos or helping her "career", he's apparently happier and more relaxed when she's gone. Does he think all women are like this and that this is necessary suffering?

Ian will never ever leave. If he had an ounce of self respect, he would've hit the road the moment this bitch brought up the onlyfans shit to him. If he had even any awareness left of how his situation must look like from the outside, he would've left immediately (murder-suicide at worst). But instead, he will let this woman use and abuse him, while he gets high on prescription pills and numbs himself to cope with the nightmare that is his existance. After all, you can't really suffer if you are so high you don't feel anything.
Anisa will absolutely leave the second she finds someone that is even mildly better that she can manipulate. I am sure The Raped knows this all too well. However, she has to find someone first, and given how much she has made public about herself and also how god awfully bad she looks that seems pretty distant.
