"Anti-wikis" like this and Uncyclopedia have always fascinated me, mainly as they stand as a ground for people to just make funny, "memey" wiki pages.
Encyclopedia Dramatica - The Kiwi Farms that time forgot, ownership passed around a multitude of drug addicts and losers like a cheap prostitute, constantly offline, dead any day now, graveyard of shitty millennial humor.

The "Niggers" article was the first one I read and don't think I have ever laughed that hard at the internet. It introduced me to Chris Chan too which led me to Kiwi Farms. And for some reason Jessi Slaughter seems to be a protected hefier around here (even more in Witness Protection than Wallflower and Suitress) so ED was the only real source of info on that one.
Also the Chris Hanson pop-ups and pedobear stamps on articles about degenerate creeps still split my sides to this day.
The current incarnation has AIDSzero's titty pics scrubbed along with a bunch of funny pics from the Nigger article as well. Encyclopedia Gaymatica.
Nice OP though. Good job. And I will give kudos to DeHippo for just leaving her noods and shoops on the internet and moving on.

I have added this information to the OP.
I was going to do this big thing about the conclusion I came to about why that bit was made up and then I came across this post from Null:
So there you go. Someone probably got banned, called Null a pedo out of spite, tried to take it back, and then ED reverted the takeback and locked the page because they think libel is funny.
Because it is constantly down. Ever since Zaiger got kicked out, none of the admins have been able to keep the site up for very long. Despite Null literally having a list of deplatforming-resistant service providers publicly available, they continue to insist on webhosts that shut you down if you get one too many angry emails.
That's not to mention that there's been at least one instance in the past of multiple ED sites existing at once and insisting they're the Real Encyclopedia Dramatica. Unless you're autistically keeping track in a Discord or some shit it's easy to lose track and just think the site is dead when they have to hop to a brand new domain every month.

It was definitely possible to maintain the site but I ultimately think the thing that killed them was not having a Null of their own. There was no "adult in the room" to handle issues with the site when something would break or when a powerful person would find their article and threaten a lawsuit.
Ass Napkins was retarded but I agree with his plan of making an LLC for the site in principle. When Zaiger got sued he had to swallow a massive legal bill by himself because there was nothing in place to help him with the costs. More importantly, there was no central personality to rally around when things got rough--just an increasingly retarded series of absentee fathers who were totally disinterested in maintaining the site, keeping regular backups, having contingency plans in place for rainy days, etc. They capitulated to Vordrak almost immediately when he threatened them and then Likeicare had the audacity to come here and bitch at Null for correctly pointing out that their "give no fucks" ideals were now meaningless. They could dish out but they couldn't take it. Put that on their tombstone.

I will add him if I feel I can find enough good info but his only contributions to ED history seem to be:
- Trying to look cool in front of Ralph by saying he was an ED admin on Twitter (A-Logging Ralph seems to be a reoccurring minor theme for EDiots)
- Apparently might have brought the site back up during one of its many downtimes?
- Coming to the Farms to bitch at Null for pointing out that removing information in Vordrak's article wouldn't be enough and that he would eventually come after their entire site (this is why the current ED thread has the subtitle "Capitulation: The Thread")

For all of her faults, DeGrippo seems to actually be quite Good At Computers. I think in the ED wikipedia article it states that some of the earliest articles added to the wiki were about computer hackers that she was following. She is probably the most technically competent admin they ever had.
