How to spot an American on the Internet 101. I'm not Irish-American (Slavmutt) though I know full-blooded Slavs in Poland and Russia will never ever view me as one of their own. Likewise, I have severe, severe doubts that a Russian great grandparent getting a piece of paper from the government makes me just as American as an old stock WASP because of this "magic soil" talking point.

Who gives a fuck though? I was born here, hense I am American. Your heritage simply is where you come from. I don't care what people in Europe think of me. I'm not European. I'm American. Anyone saying otherwise can fuck off.

I simply am not ignorant of my geneology. Imagine going through life not knowing where your family came from, just being flotsam on the sea existing. I am what i am. And that's what makes america great.
