the funniest thing about whenever Anisa tweets is that she looks through all the replies and responds to the very few positive comments she gets, usually talking about the most boring shit ever (food, animals, etc) to appear unbothered. it shows that a) she reads through all the negative replies, seething, and b) her few supporters have nothing of value to say and just want to leave a positive comment out of pity since everyone else is shitting on her. happens every time and gets a laugh out of me.

It's not permanent, but it says a lot about his current lifestyle and emotional state. Depression, lack of face movement to engage the muscles (like laughing or emoting in general), probably spending a lot of time laying down on the droopy side because he's depressed and barely being physically active.
