Labor cost is a tiny fraction of the home cost. Deporting illegals will result in a massive surplus of housing. New construction will be a little more expensive to build but builders would be unable to pass on their increased costs due to competition from existing houses.

It's also not like they ever passed on the savings from using unskilled labor. On top of paying inflated prices, homeowners often have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to fix builder mistakes that would have been avoided if the builder had hired actual tradesmen.
