Holy shit, this faggot is STILL plightsperging about the SPO :story:

Yes, Shitlips, go for broke and tell the Court it's wrong AGAIN about that so they can dickslap you again about it.

Also LOL at "I'm afraid to mail them a check" - nigger, use registered fucking mail or go to a Western Union.

He really loves to describe totally normal behavior as bizarre. Must be something he heard a lot throughout his life and it just stuck with him.

As a reminder to everyone. a PACER account is free, you will have to put a credit card on file but as long as you stay under $30 per quarter you won't be charged. Be careful when searching for stuff as fees can add up fast, but just grabbing a PDF will run you $0.10/page. Install the RECAP extension in your browsers so it will be auto-uploaded to Courtlistener.

If only they could track and insure your mail for instances such as this. I believe the post office can issue money orders specifically for these purposes and situations.

That's absolutely true. It's also possible to send things via certified mail or even FedEx, featuring fun and helpful add-ons like tracking numbers, but that costs money and we know how Greer feels about that when it doesn't entail getting his dick wet.

This happy little item buried at the very end is something Hardin needs to pounce on, fast and hard, and make sure the District Judge sees it. Greer has complete and utter contempt for the judges and the judicial process.

He really does not want to give Null a single cent, does he?
He also really can't believe that the law (and the world) doesn't work the way he thinks it does. Acerthorn is more malicious with his requests for reconsideration, Russ is too retarded to understand a judge can reasonably disagree with him.

The "arbitrary" appearance disappears if you assume everything Greer has done is wrong. Guess who can't make that leap?

That would cause distress as he would have to talk to someone, and they would have to understand him, his disability precludes him from this task. They may hear something wrong and send it to the wrong place. It's pure ableism. Perhaps Hardin should meet and confer him up somewhere for a cash delivery?

Mr. Greee is still misrepresenting what was said in the hearing he wasn't paying attention to.

Fairly certain it was "All discovery stayed pending ruling on motion to dismiss aside from Mr. Greee producing the documents he said he was happy to provide months ago and still hasn't done so despite multiple orders to do so", or am I having a massive rush of shit to the brain?

Plaintiff is troubled the court doesn't just do what plaintiff wants so plaintiff is going to bitch and moan.

He's like that kid in grade school who saw another kid get a sticker for an assignment while he did no work and thinks he most also get a sticker because IT'S NOT FAIR.
