There's a lot of conservative Hispanics in FL because a majority of them fled communism, especially Venezuelans and Cubans. While they're more central to South Florida there's a significant group in Tampa. They're the reason why a lot of the major cities went red because they're a majority.

They won't let the vocal minority of out of touch Hispanics make them look bad.
