Yes the running theory is that he fat-fingered the image selection and just slapped 15 images on top of one another in the filing - like 4 email screenshots and the rest from the goon-cache.

Greer clearly has no ability to "read the Room". he somehow missed the tone and timbre of the District Judges response to his last filing to ignore the Sanctions requests. By any rational measure this should be the breaking point for the District Judge. There should be an order for Show Cause as to why should not be charged with Contempt for filing his Porn Stash. It might be worth poking the Judge to point out exactly WHY Greer claims to not have room on his phone to store his legal documents and case history. Yes its petty. I dunno man, this Judge did have the whole online video series about Discovery and all that, so he seems to at least be moderately with it from a tech perspective. I don't think it's hard to explain (in the non-Shitlips sense) that there are places like Google that provide enough free storage to hold 5000 versions of the shit Greer just filed (3MB with the gooncache included).

However, I agree that this is low-effort stuff to complain about. There are larger caliber items Hardin can fire off.

I don't think Magistrate Judge Bowtie(Bennett) needs to look at it as the sanctions and final refusal of a stay were both from District Court Judge Barlow
