I like how the mayor is on the TV talking (watching the Steve Lookner livestream), yet there are teargas/flashbangs/fireworks/etc going off in the background of his livestream. It's funny that she complains about the feds being there for peaceful protests, yet when she talks about the riots, she denounces them immediately; funny double talk.
If anyone is being trigger happy or too harsh on the "protesters", it'd probably be the LAPD; as The National Guard and Marines are probably better trained at actual riot control, versus the desk jockeys they have deployed because of the need for police on the street (I'm not trying to bash the police there, but point out how the feds are better trained and restrained).

The narrative they want to push is something like this:
If 500 people are dressed identically chanting "RAPE THEM TO DEATH" in unison, they are all peaceful protestors. If 50 of them spontaneously rush into a building and rape everyone inside of it to death while the protestors cheer them on, those 50 people are rioting because Trump is racist or whatever. Once the rapes are done and the rioters seamlessly rejoin the crowd without being apprehended, they transform back into peaceful protestors. These two groups are entirely separate and have absolutely nothing in common. Preventing this gathering of people from continuing down the street towards their next target is an unlawful suppression of peaceful protest.

Destroy the lives of the people who hire them or give them places to stay while also removing all benefits they receive. You don't need to kill or deport all of them if they are incapable of sustaining themselves so they self deport.
