To be clear I don't trust Abby at all, she's a retarded alcoholic Darius simp and I have no reason to believe she's reliable in any way imaginable.
I just want to point out how stupid this statement is and that there's no way he doesn't realize how stupid it is.
No one has to mention a name for him to send a video. He didn't state Pxie's name or Stasia's name to Rose when sending their videos. Obviously he could just casually send some videos and since Abby is actually familiar with his content she would of course recognize them.
He originally said he looked back over their messages and nothing was ever sent. Now, today, it turns out he just sloppily ctrl-f'd names.
Would his exported logs even include videos? Aren't all of his drive links dead now? How could he confirm what was sent at this point?
Him playing dumb is always the most annoying part of his streams and dgg is legitimately too stupid to ever pick up on it.
Destiny's argument essentially boils down to not having any form of access controls on anything, because any digital creation can infinitely be sent or transmitted(???), or someone can just download the file and send it on their own (this also mirrors part of his reasoning for not wanting Pxie's video removed from KF).

He accuses abbymc and the plaintiff’s team of doctoring the evidence (his usual projection) because of spacing in the screenshots. Ridiculous and conspiracy-brained, with no evidentiary basis. I’ve already described why this is altogether very strong evidence.
The plaintiff recently filed crucial evidence corroborating the accusations stated in the complaint, establishing federal CARDII applicability. Additional witnesses are prepared to testify once the protective order is granted. Potentially three further cases are in the pipeline (four if Chaeriy files a civil suit alongside a potential criminal one).
Yet this meth fiend jerks off over insignificant testimony for a preliminary injunction. If the PI gets denied, so what? He’s distracting his lobotomized worshippers and feeding them talking points to fuel their harassment and intimidation campaigns against witnesses. Don’t fall for the low-grade magician’s bullshit.
The second fairy tale he’s spinning involves delegitimizing the abbymc evidence. The text message, alongside the affidavit, presents strong circumstantial evidence that the alleged behavior occurred within CARDII’s scope and reflects his typical conduct. Compare this to lil’ Stevie’s “totally convincing” story that Abby hallucinated receiving those videos, conflating them with the rape archive she supposedly discovered on his PC.

Finally, the abbymc evidence exists electronically. I doubt Pxie’s counsel is stupid enough to rely solely on screenshots (if so, they deserve to lose and get countersued!). Unlike the fudge-packing molestation victim, they will be able to establish proper evidential foundation regarding authenticity and integrity for that piece of evidence. Meanwhile, our cock-sucking junior dev juggles JSON and HTML files, busy doctoring all those incriminating message threads, while on a Vyvanse bender. Hope they object the shit out of his “evidence.”
But I’ll also repeat: If Pxie’s counsel doesn’t have this particular evidence locked down bulletproof by now — meaning Discord-verified exports or subpoenas to Discord to verify integrity and authenticity — they’ll deserve everything that’s coming to them. Abby seems like such an impressionable and volatile witness, and we already saw Destiny (via Darius) trying to influence her to withdraw her testimony. Important to stress that he can’t prove this from his side because he engaged in spoliation, deleted all evidence from platforms, and selectively exported stuff as modifiable HTML/JSON files to retroactively manipulate incriminating evidence.
Today, he addresses abbymc’s testimony and evidence again, this time w/o apparent neurological disorders.
