He absolutely can face another recall, but it won't happen. It takes months to collect enough valid signatures, and there has to be a viable candidate to replace him. Then we all have to outvote the printer. He's so close to hitting his term limit, any viable candidate is going to want to wait him out and do a regular campaign rather than a recall campaign. A recall campaign has a much lower voter turnout and is easier to rig, they don't need as many printers going brrr all night.
