okay so

he went to LA to protest the immigration deports or something trans related.
that means he's protesting the police, for most people that means calling them offensive names and threatening them.

and then who ends up kicking his ass? the police that he is in the middle of protesting.
it all sounds accurate to me.

he's yelling at the police, which is usually verbally threatening them and screaming at them.
and threatening an officer can get you put in cuffs.

that cane is basically a weapon and you are behaving violently, you might use it like a weapon handicapped or not.
officers target things like canes as a type of weapon and kick them out of the way to deal with you, if they kicked his cane to the side for ANYTHING he without a doubt threatened them to get it kicked away.

he did something to get his cane kicked away, he might have pointed it at them while yelling.

when people think they "did nothing" before getting detained, they usually refused to leave the premises after being asked 5 - 10 times to leave.
where people stand to protest is usually store front property or the road, and that store can trespass you and if you refuse to leave. after that, it's cuffs.

when you watch most bodycam videos, someone goes from being nicely asked to leave to needing to be thrown on the ground for refusing.
imagine that the tranny is being told "you need to leave" and he does the usual "no I don't, I'm in public" and the cop tries to explain that this little spot is the private property of a store owner that is asking them to leave so people can get into the store without being driven away.

"I don't have to leave, I'm outside!!!" is usually what happens during a trespassing violation.
then the cop grabs their arm to move them and they immediately get all "DON'T FACKING TOUCH ME" and get thrown to the ground.
sounds like what tranny was doing. then they get pulled away to a cop car while repeating the phrase "I didn't do anything and you threw me to the ground."
when really, what they did was refuse to leave under a trespassing violation. they stand there and say I'M NOT TRESPASSING but they are, and then they get thrown for not leaving peacefully.

they just needed to walk away and usually refuse, resulting in be thrown or pushed to move them by force.
it's every DUI bodycam ever, it's so typical. they always say "I didn't do anything!!!!!" and you have 20 mins of an officer nicely asking them to leave before they get detained.
