Men's and Women’s gymnastics are two different sports designed around each sex’s bodies. Men's Gymnastics requires strength while Women's Gymnastics requires flexibility and balance/a neutral center of gravity. Men can’t do many women’s tricks and women can’t do many men’s tricks.

I can't think of any reason why breast measurement would be needed outside of needing clothing to fit. "Such a male-brained thing to do." is right. Not sure creating a "boob chart" but simplifying things down to "My mother is a C cup. My sister has B cups."
Two women can have the same volume with their breasts, but be different cup sizes if their frames are different sizes. (And I am sure this guy is more concerned about volume.) It's why bra fittings are important and why so many women are wearing the wrong size. I'm sure this dude is just looking at his family and relating them to fruit. At least I hope he isn't sneaking into their rooms and checking their bras.
