For a governor to set the NG against the Federal Government is literally insurrection.

This is the one thing I've been saying would really tip this off into Boogaloo Territory, is if Newsom or Bass ordered LEOs or anyone armed under their control to use force to oppose ICE, instead of just not helping them. Or use force to defend protesters vs Federals.
