I'm sad there'll never be justice for the gross animal abuse that happened on the Tranch. They got away with it scot-free. And we didn't even get Tranny Waco or Tranny Jonestown, they all just packed up and went their own ways, leaving nothing but alpaca corpses and a devastated moonscape in their wake. Now Penny and his eunuchs are just plain boring.

Speaking of the moonscape, do we have any recent pictures of the land? Has it recovered at all?

Jen (a former SA troon who literally ate shit as a fetish),
This is (very slight) hyperbole. Jen was candidly answering some questions about his love life and said that while he eats poop, it's only in the process of other sex acts.

"I don't just eat shit because it is there, but sometimes I do have to consoume it."

(edited for SA wordfilter, not edited for typo)

3 or 4 of the idiots got stuck up a mountain during a snow storm and nearly froze to death over Christmas 2023. That was a whole sidequest.
Oh my god, I remember reading that as it happened. I still think it was some miracle they didn't poison themselves with the perpetual stew they were freezing and unfreezing all the time.

The tranch was doomed from the start: they only had 32 acres of land for ~100 alpacas.
An autistic agriKiwi did some chart look ups on the Tranch land and the carrying capacity of the Tranch was I think 8 alpaca.

You also left out that for a long time the Troon's primary vehicle was a Gen-1 Nissan Leaf which had barely enough capacity to run to costco and back, which the troons visited on a weekly basis to pick up bachelor chow like frozen pizzas, not cheap staples. This was made even more hilariously retarded by the fact the Tranch was off the grid (I believe fully off the grid but i might be wrong). The water came from a well, power previously came from a propane generator that the Troons attempted to replace with a Solar & gas generator set up (which also ran the heater). Kevin hilariously had a full blinged out gaming rig he used to play overwatch and pretty much sucked up all the solar generated power.
What I'm trying to say here is that the Troons ended up charging their electric car via gas generator.

The leaf was Bonnie's and left on the Tranch as it developed some problem they couldn't afford to fix and was completely destroyed by angry commie troons when Bonnie came back to the Tranch site after the troons had been fully evicted.

Alyssa did a manic clean of the house, made everything about herself, had fake multipersonality switches and mood swings, and generally be an unstable munchie attentionwhore. While the details are foggy to me now (memorieeees... from the corners of my miiiiind... misty golden memorieeeeees)
Alyssa had a number of utterly retarded otherkin personalites, such as a bird that was the mouthpiece of an alien robot baby.

Anyway Alyssa wanted to stay but was told no, and had a full on BPD chimp out. Basically she was told she would have to contribute to the tranch if she said. But as munchie faking physical illness and claiming she needed a wheelchair, this was not possible. And her governmental sad-brains bux, being mostly Section-8 voucher, was not enough. She faked being unable to see, as the personality fronting was blind, to avoid eviction and at the tranch communal dinner threw money on to table from the 2nd floor loft.

Ash Coyote has footage of this, and should be imprisoned until they release it.

Edit 2: While I am all for "read the thread, nigga," I realized it's been over a year since an actual tranch happening happened. The glory days are over, it's a good time to write a summary on what happened for newfrens to read and get interested themselves, or at least learn the history of and why it was so significant when mentioned on the farm.
Agreed. There are 1100 pages of content over something like 3-4 years but most of that is speculation and shitposts are fun at the time but that age like fine milk to someone coming in after the fact.
Even using the highlight feature that's a lot of fairly dense reading.

Its not like Troonblinka, the other never-was failure, where the meat can be summed up in about a paragraph, this one has layers.

I went up there last year while the for sale sign was up, and honestly from ground level the land didn’t look dramatically different from the surrounding desert.

Very minimal vegetation, but I’d say it had already recovered some from the complete moonscape we saw in the background of many an alpaca pic.

Notable events to recap, I think the conflict between the tranchers and the local community is worth including particularly the beef with Gramlich of the Sentinel newspaper.

And the landscaping / drywalling arc was also kind of amusing.
There was another documentary about them in podcast form - this happened shortly before it all fell apart and, of course, they never did revisit it to update the listeners…

That's good news. I recall there being some concern that it might never recover due to the fragility of the ecosystem, and how badly the tranchers fucked it.

I dont remember if we established what they did with all the dead alpaca. I think the consensus was they just buried them at the property and that's what the large ground works were for, but there is no hard evidence of that. This just came to my mind when you mentioned the ecosystem of that land.
Boner, aka Paul made references to an alpaca mass grave before he went silent to pretend to care for his BPD queen, Kindness. That's all we ever saw about what happened to them aside from Phil claiming they re-homed all but a few that went with him to the new place.

IIRC the "pit barn" was filled in and it was speculated they died there. We did have receipts of at least a few being taken the to local wolf sanctuary to be dog food. Nothing on the scale of the 200 that must have died.
